Devinci Brows

Karina did a great job waxing my eyebrows! She was precise and skilled, and didn’t make my brows super-​thin. So grateful that she listened to me and was able to shape my brows perfectly. Highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, I never even got to meet Devin. This review is based on her customer service. First, I booked an appointment through her online booking system. In addition, I tried calling to confirm the appointment with Devin, however, there is no direct line to get in contact with her! Every time I called the number on her Unilocal page I would get the salon’s voicemail. I got to the salon 20 minutes early and a young lady greeted me and asked what service I was getting done and with whom. I said I had an appointment with Devin, and the employee looked bewilder and perplexed. She called Devin and there was no answer. A few minutes later the young lady got her on the phone and explained to her what was going on. Later, the helpful employee told me Devin was not going to come because she had no idea about the appointment. Wtf?! I was so upset, not just at the inadequate business structure but also at the lack of interest for new clients and professionalism from Devin. She was not interested in contacting me personally to explain and apologize or reschedule with me. On the bright side, there was a really nice and enthusiastic girl named Carina who eagerly told me should do the service. I was hesitant because I really wanted the service done with Devin, but I decided to go ahead and go for it because I was going out of town in two days. She was really nice but she did an eyebrow tint I didn’t agree to, I feel terrible saying it because she was so sweet. However, she didn’t charge me for the tint, that was great customer service on her part! The tint is not my cup of tea but it’s not terrible. I’m curious to see what my eyebrows are going to look after the tint wears off.

If you are searching for a brow specialist in the Granada Hills/​Northridge area, look no further. Devin is the master. Upon my first visit, Devin gave me a thorough consultation and made note of the concerns I had. I explained my issues regarding my sensitive skin and my desire to have my brows tinted, but not TOO dark. She waxed, she shaped, she tinted. All to perfection. My sensitive skin barely noticed and my tint was the perfect shade. Looking forward to trying her lash tinting services next.

This woman is such a perfectionist. She takes her time and doesn’t rush. That’s something I really appreciate because I’ve gone to a few eyebrow ladies that charge the same Devin does and they rush the entire thing since they have clients coming in. I don’t think it’s professional or fair given that I’m paying a lot of money to have my eyebrows done. And in the end they didn’t even trim all the hairs evenly. You can go to someone else that charges ten dollars but I haven’t found someone that charges that little and leaves my eyebrows as flawless and Devin does. I’ll pay the extra money. I just want my money’s worth of service; and Devin delivers that. It’s not about how fast they do them, it’s how good ;)

Devin did a fantastic job on my eye brows. They were looking uneven and a bit multi-​colored because I had let the last tint grow out (from someone else), while trying to keep the shape myself. I booked my first appointment with Devin-​she gave me a great shape and showed me the boundaries for where I could pluck and which areas to leave alone so my brows will grow in more evenly. The color she chose for my tint is perfect-​I have reddish hair and she matched the hue and tone (only darker) really well. For the first day or so I thought the color was too light-​but after a few days the color settled and looks p-​e-​r-​e-​f-​e-​c-​t! You must see her and you must trust her :-)

Devin is the best when it comes to eyebrows. I found her on Unilocal and im very glad to have found her. She likes perfection and so do I when it comes to beauty. Devin is definitely a keeper.

Devin of Devinci Brows takes eyebrows to a whole new level! She is an expert on face shapes and will design your eyebrows to perfectly balance your face. I’ve never seen such a perfectionist when it comes to eyebrow waxing! I have her tint my brows because I am trying to grow my brows in thicker and it has really been helping. LOVE the way Devin does brows ! She is a must see
