I usually pay less attention to the Unilocal reviews because I know a lot of them r not true. I went to this Dr today for the first time because for the last couple days my ear has been hurting me. Unlike the other review, Dr Devgan is very well spoken and patience man. He is very personable and explained every steps and options to me clearly. I feel I have to write this review to reflect what a great Dr he is! BTW he has been at that location for more than 30 years so he has plenty of old customers who knows how good is he!

The only other review on here is quite negative. Let me clarify…
He’s an older guy (70s), he speaks loud and probably doesn’t realize he’s coming off as rude. I have been seeing him for several years now, every winter I get an extreme throat infection and he’s always available. He loves his career and even teaches this career path at UCLA. He may seem rude over the phone but he isn’t in person. He’s quite helpful and cares. I think he has his office number transferred to his cell so he answers from where ever he’s at. This is NICE because I know that when I get an infection its at odd times and he always makes himself available.
Good interaction with doctor, he knows what he’s doing, gets me cured right away. There’s no BS with come in for another appointment, doesnt drag it out-​does his job and sends you on your way.

I did some quick online research for a local Dr.
I was looking to make an appointment for my girlfriend.
I called this place.
Big mistake.
Dr. Devgan Baldev answered the phone and was incredibly rude.
Their is something seriously wrong with this man.
I wanted to be 100% certain who I was talking to, and that it was in fact Dr. Baldev… and it was.
He actually used profanity and called me an idiot as i attempted to make an appointment.
It was pretty bizarre.
Not sure if he just didn’t take his meds, or what the story is… but as far as I could tell a crazy person is masquerading as a medical doctor.
Needless to say, we didn’t go here.
