Their contract is very one sided. They promise nothing. they make you pay upfront with an initial payment and then they set out their obligations. Then they ask you for more money and set out the same obligations. They promised no results and frankly it’s a bad deal.
You have to be pretty desperate to deal with these people. Might be a good idea to ask them for personal recommendations and/​or people to talk to those whose cases they have handled in the past. But I doubt very seriously whether they’ll ever give them to you.
They indicate over the phone that your tax liability will only be 12 to 15% of the original amount of after they deal with the different tax entities but they won’t put that in writing.
