Deborah Deras, MS CRC ALSP

Deborah is an amazing Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, and Mastermind facilitator. I’m currently in the fall cohort of her six-​months-​long Mastermind group. We meet by teleconference every other week, and have additional (optional) activities throughout the six months where we meet in person, like Vision Board workshops where we have a lot of fun creating a picture of what we want our future to look like. We also have a private facebook group to share information and insights. She is always encouraging and thoughtful in her coaching methods, and isn’t afraid to give you a little nudge — or a big push, if that’s what you need — which is the kind of kick in the butt that I always look for in a good Life Coach.
Deborah has so many personal-​growth tools in her toolbox and is very generous in sharing those with us. From detailed worksheets to help us identify our life goals, to mp3 files of motivational talks, to guided meditations and more, Since she’s also a certified NLP practitioner, Deborah offers a really diverse set of options to us. She knows that we all learn best through different modalities, like hearing vs. seeing, etc., and Deborah’s varied approaches find a way to reach and motivate each and every one of us. I’m only one month into the Mastermind program with her, and my outlook, attitude, and approach to the future have already shifted towards creativity, hopefulness, and organization.
