Many more procedures later… I am so happy and satisfied with Dr Schlang!
He takes such good care of me and my teeth. I have had a problem mouth… I don’t feel like that anymore!
He created a long-​term plan which we have gotten through more than half way there. I have more peace in my mouth that ever before. He is brillant!
I am out of any pain, discomfort, irritations! My teeth look and work great. He has made it a painless process. He is always using the cutting edge technology, and resources. He is perfectionistic when it comes to my health, function, and wellbeing. (you want your dentist to be perfectionistic! A little gap that catches food, can create big problems, long term).

You have to come here if you’re planning on getting your wisdom teeth taken out or any other kind of extraction. I got my wisdom teeth taken out almost two weeks ago and am on my way to a great recovery. I was super scared about getting this procedure done. I had met other dentists before and they were just unpleasant. But Dr. Schlang, Maria and Alicia all made me feel right at home. They really take care of you! Both Dr. Schlang and Maria called me the day after to check up on me also which I really appreciated. Their office is super clean, professional, and organized. They totally know what they’re doing. Thank you Dr. Schlang, Maria and Alicia for taking care of me!

Yesterday I had another crown and a filling replaced. I also got to watch Dr. Schlang work on my wife. I watched as he fixed the sloppy work done by a previous dentist on my wife and can not say or emphasize enough that Dr. Schlang is a brilliant Dentist! When he worked on me, I did not want another shot after he did my crown in the back of my mouth and opted to try and have him fix an unsightly filling in the front without numbing me up. (By the way he gives the best shot; I just didn’t want the front of my mouth to be numb too.) Remarkably, I did not feel a thing and the filling in the front tooth is completely invisible. If you want a reliable, honest, and talented Dentist go to Dr. Schlang. My recommendations don’t come lightly and I definitely don’t care to get dental work done, but I will only go to this Doctor from now on. The guy is damn good at what he does!

I was a patient of his since 2009. Recently, I broke a crown & Dr. Schlang made me a new one. It fell out after 7 months. I went back to his office & he cemented the crown back on & the plan was to get another crown made. Then, that tooth breaks under the crown he roughly cemented. I asked for a refund for the crown that only lasted 7 months & was given the run around. They refused to even give me a partial refund! I’m now also out over $ 6K for the implant I now need. I’m never going back. I’m sad & disappointed he didn’t stand behind his work & at least refund a portion of what I paid for the crown.

Dr. Schlang and his staff are absolutely amazing! The office is really clean, they’re highly skilled, honest, give you options, gentle on your teeth and make you feel comfortable. The receptionist, Maria is awesome too — she’s accommodating with your schedule, sends you reminders for appointments and is super organized.
I would dread going to past dental appointments but at Dr. Schlang’s office — it’s smooth sailing and you’re always put at ease. I actually enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned and Invisalign fine tuned! One last thing — they surprised me with flowers on my birthday when I had to go in for an Invisalign appointment. I mean. how sweet is that??! :)

I had a tooth come out and then experienced some real bad pain in an adjacent tooth. Dr. Schlang treated the pain and explained my options. Everyone in the office is very nice and genuinely interested in your care. I would recommend Dr. Schlang to anyone!

Dr. schlang is excellent! Been going here for years. Going to a dentist is like going to a mechanic. You don’t ever want to go but when you do you want to go to a good one. He’s a friendly guy and a family man. He’s relaxed and very good at what he does. He really practices the idea that he wouldn’t do or not do anything on you that he wouldn’t do or not do on himself. I’ve sent people to him for years. All of them still with him. He’s very caring with regards to your pain and never EVER makes you feel embarrassed. He’s done crowns, bridges, and root canals on me. He’s also great with not f$cking you over with price. Once I went in and he even switched to a very slow speed drill to do some work in order to avoid doing a root canal. And that tooth has been great ever since. That was like 5 years ago. Most dentists would have just done a root canal and happily taken the money. I felt very good about that. (I’ve been to trigger happy dentists who just pull away. That’s the worst.)
Some tips:
PARKING– don’t make appointment thur or fri mornings till after 12pm. There is good local parking but street cleaning on those days 9 – 12 and though they give you validation, it doesn’t cover whole time you’re there.
PAYMENT: they do have a carecredit option if you qualify so if money is an issue you can make pretty great low/​no interest payments for the more expensive procedures. That’s what I’ve done.
EMERGENCIES: Doctor lives close so coming in on the weekend isn’t the end of the world. I’ve never had to do this but he’s always told me, ‘just call if you have a problem, I’m down the street, it’s not big deal.‘
APPT: Maria always emails you reminder night before which is nice.

I love David, Maria and Maria, I’ve been coming here for years! They’re all super friendly and accommodating. The environment is completely comfortable, and they really good with working within you’re budget. I highly recommend!

For years, I’ve struggled to find a really good Dentist/​Office. I’ve been disappointed by churn and up-​sell ‘operations’ that seemed more concerned about selling and collecting insurance billings rather than caring for their Patients… not Dr Schlang’s Office. They are extremely professional, courteous, honest, and they’re nice too!
I was referred to Dr Schlang’s Office, and I’m glad that I took the advise. I now have a new Dentist that I trust and enjoy visiting (believe it or not… it can be a good experience).
I highly recommend Dr Schlang’s Office.

Who enjoyes going to the dentist? Not me, that is for sure. But this is a necessity of life and having Dr. Schlang as my DDS makes the experience all that much better. He always takes very good care, pay attention to details and insures the best possible result. As a client of over 5 years, I can honestly say he is the most professional, caring dentist I have had the pleasure of being a patient to. The staff is far and beyond the best in class; making every effort t meet my appointment time frames, calling to remind me of the apppontment (I would forget if not for this call), being friendly and cheeful, what more could I ask for. Oh, did I mention? They have a toy chest and even though I am 55 yrs. I am allowed one toy per visit… I am excited now.
Great choice in dentist, you won’t go wrong.
