Called to ask «can you hem a skirt» the. Lady said what? I said do you do alterations? And she hung up on me!
I called back no one answers. It’s 9:15 am.

Gotta tell you — it is really nice coming across a business that really is ethical and wants to really do right by their customers. Once when they made a mistake about when to get a garment cleaned and I needed it right away they actually delivered it — and most recently, they called me to let me know that they needed to work longer on a garment that was particularly tough to get some stains out as opposed to doing a mediocre job & not letting me know about it. Very conscientious. Am sad that I’m moving from area and need to find new dry cleaner.

I’ve been going to Couturier for a couple years now and they are my favorite cleaners in the area. They’re a little pricey, but you get a good discount with coupons — I tried some other cleaners, but the service just wasn’t as good. One of the best things about the green cleaning process is that there is much less wear on your clothing. After a couple years of dry cleaning, corners of collars, seams, etc. would start to look worn, but at Couturier, everything looks just as good as when I bought it. The people there are super friendly.

This cleaners is the best!
Your clothes NEVER smell chemical and they are so gracious. I will never take my clothes anywhere else. And Susan does great alterations on the fly, too!
