What happened to wanting to earn my business? I walked in and waited over 30 minutes to be only ignored. After several attempts to get answers to my questions, someone did help but the help provided wasn’t informative or useful. The staff/​owners of this place now acts like they don’t need additional business. Point taken: I will not be back.

I am a returning customer here. Good service, reasonable pricing, wide range of options, and honest and professional consulting.

My wife and I went to Cosmos for A LOT of different tiles, plus a couple Quartz slabs, installation and glue down vinyl flooring. We are very diligent about checking prices and these guys are super competitive, friendly, honest, and very patient. We went to them for everything and changed our minds a few times. They never gave us a hard time or charged anything for returns/​exchanges.
A lot of bigger places are difficult to work with. Sometimes you just want a quote and they won’t even talk to you unless you are a designer or contractor.
Here, you can walk right in and get a quote that is competitive with designer rates.
Not surprised they still have 5 stars.

It’s not a glitzy showroom like you get in the W. Hollywood design district, but if you want as good a selection as you’d get there (they carry the posh brands too) and very helpful service plus a willingness to help on prices, then Cosmos is for you. A particular and good example of how they work with you is that I mis-​measured the number of tiles I wanted for one job and though I’d ordered and paid for more than I needed and the tiles had been delivered to the store, they let me have the lesser amount, still gave me the discount price and did it without complaint. We’ll need more tiles in the future and I’ll happily go back.

A small shop, but plenty of selection. Helpful owners while you are placing your order, but hard to get information out of them once your order is placed and your credit card charged.
My mosaic tiles were slightly cheaper than another quote I got for the same tile.
One down side, I was specifically looking for 18×18 tiles. The owner was pulling several tiles for me to consider. The tile I ordered was a 17.5×17.5. I wish he warned me that it was off by half an inch, because it was a shock when received the order.

Great selection, attentive personnel, very professional through the estimate process. My bamboo floors look beautiful and the workmen were fantastic.
I had a less-​than ideal experience, however, when it comes to a small patch of entryway flooring where I had tiles installed. The person who installed the tiles does not have the necessary level of expertise or professionalism. He did a subpar job (uneven tiling), knew he did a subpar job and didn’t have the pride in his work or respect for the customer (and maybe even the skills) to correct it. I initially let it go, but it bothered me and more than one visitor to my home noticed it, so I called Cosmos six months later to have it fixed.
The tile is now «less bad» than it was originally, but it is still uneven. The installer (same guy) realized this when he was done and shrugged at the remaining uneven piece, saying something to the effect of «You know what to do if it continues to bother you… just call us back.»
Cosmos, please stop cutting corners by having an office person do installation jobs… no matter how small. It degrades your brand and reputation. And potential customers… when it comes to tiles, you might want to look into finding your own installer.

Update: I was immediately contacted by the owner of the business after he read my review. He was concerned about my experience and satisfaction, and within days had arranged to have the tiling replaced (at my convenience) by a very capable professional. The final job is impeccable… it’s like night and day the way it looked before. Thank you Abdi and thank you Abel for your hard work and craftsmanship.

I agree with all the 5-​star reviews. I initially came to Cosmos because of the Unilocal ratings and the fact that it’s near my work. I was delighted to find they have an amazing selection of tile in a range of prices and styles. I don’t remember which of the brothers helped me the first day, but he was extremely patient and kept bringing me options as I debated different shades of gray. I really appreciated having so many choices without any pressure to make up my mind quickly or to choose a more expensive tile. The final price was great, delivery as expected, the tiles were in perfect condition, and I am thrilled with how they look installed. When I decided I needed some additional tile, I called late one afternoon, and Shapour called me back first thing the next morning with the availability and price information.
Cosmos Flooring has my highest recommendation!

This place has a great selection and even better customer service! We purchased some shower tile here a couple weeks ago, and this weekend we needed a couple more pieces. When we drove up to Cosmos they were closed for fumigation! We emailed them and they answered us right away, met us in back of the store within the hour, and got the tile we needed (since it was stored in the back lot, which wasn’t being fumigated).

I found these guys on Unilocal bc of the 5 star reviews and so glad I made the right choice. They are very patient helped me with my home project. What I loved most they did not pressure me and showed me a bunch of selections. I super happy and prices are Great thanks again guys

Stay away!!! Far, far away!!! I went into see these people because I saw they had an extremely high Unilocal review. What became apparent quickly is that they have been paying Unilocal the monthly fee to remove all bad reviews. There is NO WAY this company has a Unilocal review higher than a 2 at best.
My experience…
I have been in to their store 3 times now. Every time they could not find my info in their system and every time they seemed more confused than before. To say they are disorganized would be a major understatement. To add insult to injury the people they send to take measurements have now stood me up 3 times.
— The first time they never even called.
— The second time he left a message said he might not possibly make it, but this was after calling 15 minutes late. When I called back… He said his bosses said they sent him out of town to pick something else up and not to worry about me. So I asked him how could you «possibly make it» if you are in fact out of town? Hmmmm. Sounds pretty obvious to me
— The third time he actually was suppose to be at my place by 5p. I called at 6:30p when he said he was sorry he would not be able to make it. I asked why he could not reach out and why, I the client, had to call him… His response… «Whatever» and then he hung up.
The crazy part is that I have a pretty large job to do, approximately 30−40k. So if they are going to treat me like this don’t even think of going there for less.
Again… Stay far far far far away from these people. They make it too hard to spend money. When you are a customer you should be treated as if your project and your time matters. These people don’t have the first inkling on how to treat a customer or a human being the right way. Again stay far far far away.

Great place! We just finished getting new hardwood floors and tile installed in our bedrooms/​bathrooms. Couldn’t be happier with the products and service we received from Cosmos. Definitely recommend them to anyone! We worked with Shapour and he was a great help to us!

I should have written this long ago. This family owned store is run by two brothers who have to be the sweetest guys I have ever met. When I first walked in a few years ago, I loved their product, but have to admit, I was way too suspicious of them coz they were just so polite, patient and never stopped smiling. I just couldn’t trust they were actually genuine with their kindness and attention. To one and all, THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. They will climb mountains to help make your vision come true. They have always come through for me as a (demanding) client. They consistently give great (almost stupid) deals that it’s now gotten to the point that I am too embarrassed to bother negotiating these days. I am their client until the day one of us drops dead…

Long overdue review. Came here this past summer to pick out wood-​like tile for our living room. I was greeted immediately and the staff was very helpful. I told them my budget and they helped me find tiles that were in my budget. I went to 7 different tile stores in the area and found them to be the cheapest and have the largest variety of wood-​like tiles. I ordered my tiles Wednesday afternoon and they were available to be picked up in store the next day! Definitely will go back for all my tile needs.
