Where do I start?! I’ve been to this clinic since is was a kid. They doctors are nice and knowledgeable. Folks at the front always have a cheerful smile, albeit some patients to who have given them them a though time. Go with some time, especially if you don’t have an appointment. Their dental staff is by far my favorite. They make my perly whites shine and keep them healthy. The optometrist is pretty sweet. They are expanding this department to offer actual lens. Can I get a Woot woot?!

This is absolutely, by far, the worst medical establishment I have ever been to, and that includes a bad hospital I went to in China. I had to spend 20 minutes trying to find parking in the awful, litter-filled neighborhood surrounding it. Upon arriving they tell me that I can’t be seen today because I’m a few minutes late. Seriously? Even though you’re just going to make me wait 2 hours anyway? I’m never coming back here. Awful!

The doctors here are really nice(thus the 2 star) but as far as the clinic they are very UNORGANIZED! I’ve waited 2 hours after my appointment time because they said I was late —(I was not, they saw on the digital sign on at the checkin) so they skipped over me and i was there on time and signed in! They also didn’t call back for 2 days when I had issues and needed to switch antibiotics. I had to physically go in and talk to a supervisor. They also won’t prescribe(ladies) with diflucan with an antibiotic unless you get the condition then you have to come back in for ANOTHER appointment just for the diflucan. Such a long waste of time.

Got here at 12:45. There was one other patient in the waiting room when I got here. She got called in 30 minutes after I got here after she waited an hour. It is now 1:56 and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous. All I’m here for is TB Skin Test Results.

I have multiple family members who come to this clinic, and I am impressed with their services. They provide medical care to those who do not have insurance and those who are under-insured. They give free medications, labs, provide examinations, and have referrals to specialty clinics at LA County USC and UCLA-Olive View. Their doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners are all really nice, and the medical assistants are super helpful. Nearly everyone here is bilingual in Spanish as well. The waits can be very long sometimes, but that has to be expected given how many people this clinic helps.
