I’m giving two stars because I love their shoes, but the service is terrible. Went in yesterday and literally stood around holding shoes in my hand waiting for someone to help me and get me my sizes. The THREE employees working there all stood behind the desk and just chatted away and ignored everyone who came in (with the exception of the little girl who was trick or treating for Halloween, thankfully). I walked up to the counter once and waited for someone to acknowledge me and I was seriously ignored, so I left the shoe on the counter and walked out. From now on, I’ll just order online or get them at Nordstrom.
