I never tried Chipotle before. Friend of mine recommended to at least try it once. Came here for lunch and line was just too much. Got a bowl and food turned out to be mouth watering delicious. I was so full that I had to take it to go. I will definitely try a few more times before I go back to east coast. The only thing I didn’t like that it was way too crowded. But I still highly recommend it to everyone if you still haven’t tried it yet.

We go to this location a lot. It’s got a pocket sized parking lot but there is also street parking nearby. Everyone is pretty friendly and for the most part, the store is clean and the staff fast and efficient. No surprises on the food — you get what you came for.

Probably the worst chipotle i have ever been to !!! I cant explain how bad these people are they have 6 people working here and still manage to burn the steak !!! So your thinking i should just get the chicken … Plz dont just leave! the chicken is cut into the tiniest pieces i have ever seen you instantly feel ripped off when u see it and barely give you any more when you ask for more … As i took a bite i could t even taste the meat. I feel like there lazy to make more but it doesnt make sense when they have 6 people working at the same time. The gauc has worse portions than the chicken, plus they have people who cant roll a burrito there was a poor victim in front of me, who had to watch there burrito be rolled three times and it wasnt like the burrito was big which made it all the more sadder to watch! They need a new manager asap because who ever is managing this place should be fired !! Did i forget to mention there serving burnt steak ??? Never coming here again

The worst. I remember this place being good when I started going about 10 years ago in New York. Now it is the worst. I’ve felt sick at my stomach the past 2 times eating here, last time I even got a whole veggie meal and still felt sick. This time(no other options, short on time) I ordered 2 tacos, I ate them immediately and immediately they were ice cold, through and through. Like out of the fridge. I took them back and was told to get in the back of a 10 person line. When I politely objected the tacos were remade for me, but met by an icy, taco-temperatured glare from each employee. The last of them telling me that it was my fault that the tacos were cold, literally. «It’s because of what you ordered». Then she shoved the new food in my direction without a word. The new food however, regardless of the experience leading up to this, were maybe the worst tacos I’ve ever eaten. Certainly the worst in Los Angeles. I may have had worse tacos on the east coast… or in Europe.

For some reason I was under the belief that Chipotle offered healthy choices. Even though I eat here twice per week, I don’t go for the customer service. That’s never a problem. Tonight I went there and they were out of brown rice. Do I want white rice? Absolutely not. I asked the chief if he could make some. He said they were too close to closing, an hour left. I asked for some kind of consideration. But not even a sorry came from him.

I did not even want to come here today because of the recent E. COLI outbreak on the West Coast but I decided to go anyways unfortunately. So I tried to order a quesadilla and the employee puts literally a little more than a sprinkle directly in the middle of the tortilla and stops. I explained to him that the quesadilla is cut into 4 pieces and could he please put a little more on the sides so that it will not be 80% cheese with basically no meat. He literally walked off and the VERYRUDE manager DEVIN took over the quesadilla and put on his condescending tone to let me know that they are«very strict on portions and can’t afford to give people extra meat». First of all how are you«very strict» when all you do is eyeball the amount of meat with a spoon??? It’s not like they weight the meat. Plus the girl ahead of me got TWOSCOOPS of meat for a bowl. I then explained to him that I have had this problem several times and all I wanted was literally a little sprinkle of a few more pieces of meat on the sides so that the two pieces on the end would not be just filled with cheese. He got even ruder and told me that if I wanted a few more little pieces that I would have to pay $ 2.50. This man DEVIN is probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant and this will be my LASTTIME ever going to this Chipotle. DEVIN needs to be fired and they need to hire a manager who actually knows how to speak to customers instead of acting like he is better than them, trying to be petty for no reason. Never coming here again BYE.

Chipotle is one of the best options for fast, relatively okay to eat, pretty fresh takeaway. The Sunset Blvd location is always super busy so it is guaranteed that the ingredients aren’t sitting around getting gross for half a day– which is always awesome! I will always recommend their Bowls with no rice or beans and half chicken/half steak. Pro Tip: Don’t be cheap and pay for the extra guac!

We all know what they’re «cooking» up in there and it’s not bad. I’m not a huge fan but it’s OK. This particular location has a tiny parking lot that is almost impossible to get in and that I’m certain is the spot of many arguments among those dying for their guac fix. I also find the staff at this location generally distracted and not super interested in the customers. I don’t really dig the whole Chipotle process… I don’t like having rapid questions fired at me about how I want my food… I prefer to have food prepared without my direction. I understand a lot of people like this customization process but I just don’t. So the unfortunate habit the staff seems to have of mumbling at you and the over-loud music just make this a super frustrating experience for me. GOODNEWS — you can order online now and that is clearly the way to go… avoid the surly staff and the confusion and just order online. Still gotta find parking though.

I’m a huge fan of Chipotle so what I went through today at this particular branch was a huge disappointment. I arrived at Chipotle around 11:20 am, and ordered a half steak/half chicken salad, only to find out that they were out of chicken. One would think they would be prepared for the lunch rush but clearly the only thing on the menu today was incompetence. Whomever the shift manager is needs to be dinged for their lunch service today. It was unacceptable. I was told it would take 10 minutes for the chicken to be ready. Once the chicken was ready the girl behind the counter began serving every customer who had come after me. I waited patiently thinking, surely she would remember that I was the first one here but the realization never came. The lights were not on upstairs today. I watched her serve 3 customers who came after me and I had to inform her that my salad was just sitting on the counter, untouched and ignored(the steak ended up being cold). She rudely tossed the chicken onto my salad and was so unfocused that she even screwed up the guy’s order who came after me. The perfect storm of blunders did not cease here. As I am going to pay I see the cashier engaged with another customer. While she is still preoccupied with the other customer she asks me if I wanted anything else. I said I wanted a soda. She proceeds to swipe my credit card and and moves on to the next customer. I waited for my soda cup but again, nobody was home. I gave her the opportunity to realize her mistake but she never did. I then asked to have my soda cup to which she responded by blaming me saying that I responded with a «no» when asked if I wanted anything else. So, in her infinite wisdom she failed to listen to the question she asked me while speaking to another customer. Look up the word«multi-tasking» in the dictionary, you won’t find a picture of her. Rather than apologizing for the mistake she continued to blame me for failing to answer her question. Rather than saying, «Okay, let me ring you up for the soda» she continued to defend herself. I finally asked if I could just pay for the soda so I wouldn’t hold up the long line of hungry people behind me. AS the Beastie Boys would say, «you think this story’s over but it’s ready to begin.» I go to fill my soda(Diet Coke) to be exact, what comes out is essentially dark colored tonic water. They failed to refill the syrup in the soda dispensers… I was so frustrated with my experience at this point that I just didn’t want to deal with anyone else from their staff. I left unhappy and unsatisfied. I can’t emphasize enough, it was lunch hour… LUNCHHOUR. It’s the one time when a restaurant should be fully stocked and on their«A» game. Judging by my experience no one on their staff today even knew they showed up to work. All the while, they had messed up on another customer’s burrito, which ended up in a bowl since it broke, and also ran out of guacamole and had to re-do another customer’s burrito bowl because they got it confused with my order… F.

Very well-run chipotle. They keep the line moving best they can and it’s usually pretty clean. I really like all the options, lots of healthy choices. Adding the guacamole is expensive but it’s really good. I’ll probably hit this place up again if I’m in the area.

People with dogs in the dining room. Food portions are inconsistent. Staff all in their own world without any sense of teamwork. Dining room a disaster with food and trash everywhere. I had to return to get my meal packaged to go because the place is uncomfortable chaos. They have a promotion next to the register titled HOMEGROWN where they ask you to text the word home grown for a chance at a prize. I did it at the register and got a bounce back text that said this promotion has expired. This is indicative of how this team fails to pay attention to detail. If the promotion us expired then they probably shouldn’t have it next to the register.

Let me start by saying, I LOVE Chipotle. Who doesn’t?! But, I am so disappointed in this Chipotle location. I came here yesterday to get a burrito, and they were only serving burrito bowls due to the tortilla press being broken. So, I settled for a salad bowl, which I would have usually been more than happy with, except that the corn salsa(which I LOVE!) tasted awful. There was a massive overload of cilantro in it and it tasted like soap. Halfway through the bowl, which I forced myself to eat because I was starving, I bit into a hard plastic like white object that looked exactly like an 1 ½ inch long acrylic fingernail. I was sick to my stomach, and with the help of my boyfriend, we figured that it was the hard husk of a corn kernel. I couldn’t eat anymore after that. Well, I tried to chalk it up to a bad day for that location and my BF went back today to pick up food for us. I was thrilled to learn that the tortilla press was fixed, and ordered a burrito. I requested my beloved corn salsa on the side just in case it was the same awful batch from yesterday. I got home, but into my burrito.(Which had beans, cheese, sour cream, and guac). I bit into it, and it was basically a smaller than average, cold clump of guacamole wrapped in a tortilla. And the guac had an excessive amount of cilantro in it as well, which I have never tasted before.(And I have been eating at Chipotles since they opened when I was in high school over ten years ago.) There was a tiny bit of beans when I finally reached the bottom of my burrito. Such a bummer. Needless to say, I will never return to that location again. Zero stars, if I could.

Their PORTIONS on entrees vary depending on the person serving you at this location. They should either weigh everything so the amounts I’m paying for are the same or should really do something about it. I was served a very tiny amount of meat then upon request I specified that even if I had to pay more to please give me more meat. Money is not an issue here but to seriously be charged the amount I did for the tiny extra I got is a bit ridiculous. Note to self stay close to home. The chipotle by my house serves me what Im paying for.

It’s a chipotle. I don’t think there’s anything else that could be said as long as it’s not bad.

I’ve had both lunch and dinner at this location. Upon walking in I was greeted by the staff behind the food line. They were all extremely friendly. I ordered my usual chicken burrito bowl with a cup of water. I always have to control myself to not order a side of chips with guacamole. There’s seating inside, as well as 4 or so tables located outside. There’s limited parking in the lot and it’s extremely compact. If it’s later in the evening then customers can’t park in the residential neighbourhood either. There are street meter parking spaces along sunset. I’ve always been a lover of chipotle. Haven’t been disappointed so far in LA.

While usually I Love chipotle today’s service was just awful. Whoever is working the salsas and cheese right now doesn’t know what they are doing. I asked for guacamole and extra cheese as always but today that meant about a teaspoon of Guac on one taco and a cup on the other. Oh and absolutely NOCHEESE. I get that we can see them make it but once I told her extra cheese(which in no way sounds like«no cheese») I thought I could step over and pay. I didn’t realize I needed to babysit this girl. And the fact that I got it to go makes it too much of a hassle for me to have to go all the way back over because they messed up. So now I’m stuck with these sub par tacos. What a waste of $.

+ Customer parking lot + Guacamole costs an extra $ 1.50 + Guacamole is free when you do not get protein + Beer for sale It’s Chipotle… wait in line. Pick your starch: Taco/Burrito/Bowl. Pick your protein: Beef/Chicken/Pork/Sofrieto(sp?). Pick your vegetable, then sauce… wait to answer for the price of guaca. Get a cup for water, but drink soda. It’s nothing new. Sit down. Eat. Or take away. That’s it. The location, itself, is clean and well managed. The line flows well. The food looks fresh and maintained. You feel like you’ve eaten well… but you didn’t because you let them put sour cream and extra cheese on your meal. Ha. And you thought you were eating healthy. Sucker!
