Call It Spring

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS! EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The shoes are cheaply made! So I wouldn’t expect their clothes & other stuff to be any different. Also, when I went to try to show them that the shoes were tearing apart (that I bought a day before) they pretty much tried to turn it on me and say or was my fault. The manger there (I forgot his name, but he’s a thin Caucasian guy that wears glasses) is EXTREMELY RUDE! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

My experience with the staff on ¹¹⁄₃₀ was much different than what others are saying. First, This store always has a variety of great shoes and handbags. Ive never walked in here and didnt come out with something.
Anyway, They were having a extra 50 percent off the sale prices and you just couldnt beat it and whats also great is that if they dont have your size in the store they will order it for you for FREE! I didnt know that until a guy told me, he was so nice. I’m pissed i forgot his name but he was more than helpful. I also asked for a shoe in my size and when they didnt have it he brought the same shoe just in another color and i just thought him going that extra mile even though i didnt ask for it was very nice. Great service in my opinion. I walked out of here with 3 pairs of shoes and a bag for under $ 100!

Most staff is extremely rude. Horrible customer service. The workers must hate their jobs.

My first time ever seeing this store. It reminds me a lot of Aldo Shoes. They have Nice shoe styles and great prices. Helpful staff. Free shipping to your door if they don’t have your size.

Even one star is not worth for this place. Very rude staff, oneil is rude, I thought he was just rude to me because I was returning, but he was rude to every customer in the store. He told me straight on my face I don’t give a fuck about service and you. I’m my own boss. I never get offended and never right reviews, but he pushed the limits and forced me to right one today. I was going to buy more stuff but totally changed my mind because of his attitude.

Tired products. Bad prices. Mean employees. Save ur money n ur dignity.
Bought 4 shoes as presents yesterday, go to return the products because of wrong size and the guy said that I can’t return because I don have boxes. I didn’t get any boxes from the store earlier and wasn’t informed I couldn’t return without them. When I asked for a manager the guy said that ‘he was his own fucking manager’. Never ever going back.

I’m not sure what the first reviewer is talking about, and clearly neither do they. They are their own brand, so saying that their shoes are «no-​name» brands doesn’t make any sense. The shoes & accessories are cute, and I’ve always received nothing but good service every time I go there. Mark, the store manager is the best!
