This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was misled by them and treated disrespectfully. First, I was given an estimate based on an existing plan with a carpoirt. when the final plans were submitted the carport had been eliminated. I was advised by the rep. David, that the city wouldn’t likely approve it, which i thought odd since there are many carports in the area. However, there was no reduction in the cost. Additionally, i informed him that it mattered little to me if the structure was built after the final imspection as long as it was done. David agreed to this. I found out a month later that I was «mistaken» in my recollection of that conversation and he never agreed to build the carport. The subconttractors were disrespectful of my property from the first day when they left their tools IN my flowerbeds even thought they had ample room in the yard. They also used wood i had stored in my garage in framing the fppimdation without asking my permission. I had a new room addted to the existing structure. The old beams were 3x3s. They used 2x4s in the new walls, and there was no allowance for the difference so when the drywall went up there was a 1″ gap between the new and old walls which was left as though it was ok. I told them i did not want non-​english speaking workers so i could communicate with them. this was disregarded time and time again. One day i came home to find my house being sealed for the begining of the stucco work, which i was not informed was being done that day. I tried to contact David to find out what was going on, since no one spoke english, and he did not take my calls. Finally, i told the crew to go home, which they understood, since i couldn’t get in my house, and i imediately got a call from David who insulted me telling me i was causing a problem. Ultimiately we severed ties and when the new contractor went to have the first inspection we were told that the framing was never inspected and i had to have two walls ripped out to look at the framing. I warn anyone who might consider using this company to think again.

First off, I was very nervous hiring anybody to do anything in my new Condo after hearing numerous horror stories from friends/​reviews. I had several contractors come in and give their evaluation/​estimate. The gentleman I dealt with was named Ran from Building Solutions. He took his time with evaluating and explaining all the details. One thing I liked too was he gave a price without saying he would lower it to match any other offers. That showed me he was being honest with the work he was planning on doing.
The end result was Ran being on top of the project and supervising an amazing group of man power. The workers were considerate and very knowledgeable to their surroundings (I have a 16 month old daughter running around). Freddie was one of the main workers. He was always there to answer any questions while continuing to bust his butt with the rest of his guys. They not only got the job done but made sure the place looked like they were never there by cleaning up. I will always call these guys as long as I know the same people are working there that I dealt with for this project. You will not be disappointed with their work or customer service. I would give more stars if I could… Thanks guys!!!

I would never use this company again. I used them to renovate my kitchen. They hit me up for money for items covered in the contract on the first day of work, then did not correct the problem when their fabricator miss cut my slabs leaving the slab for the bathroom too small for use. Then, they refused to replace the stove island countertop that was installed with a chipped corner that was patched was never disclosed and a gap between the back of the island and the stove. In addtion, they scratched the stainless areas to my brand new stove. After they installed the gas stove, there was a gas leak from the stove which the gas company fixed. They say they will put a lein on my house. If they do, I will sue them. This company does not deserve one star. The fabricator they used is Astonish, Inc. and is also to be avioded.

I used Building Solutions and Design for some projects renovating my current home. They are so pleasant to work with, professional, knowledgeable and they get things done quickly. I can’t recommend them enough – really happy with the way my house is looking these days :)
