Mobile yoga and meditation Instruction at your location. Sessions are especially designed for your specific needs. Yoga is known to aid in balancing vital aspects of our health such as sleep, blood pressure, general fitness and weight, among many, many others. Studies show that meditation is also a powerful ally in overcoming and helping symptoms of depression and mental illness, aside from contributing to a happier, more balanced life.
My objective is to help you develop and implement a daily yoga practice that can be done independently from having to go to a location or having specific items on hand. I come to you, develop a personalized practice with you and practice with you until you are comfortable carrying on your own practice — regardless your location or level of ability.
Concepts from diverse lineages of yoga, martial arts and energetic work and breathing techniques along with a blend of meditation approaches are incorporated in developing the best routine for you.

I work out of the Los Angeles area but am available for sessions in other states and countries as well (did I forget to say I’m a Sagittarius and I LOVE traveling?!)

Graduated from Loyola Marymount course in Yoga and the Healing Sciences, I have been an avid practitioner of yoga and meditation since the late 80’s when I had my first two children. It was the best way I found to maintain a balanced life despite being a mother of 3, going to school and holding a teaching job. 25 years later I cherish the benefits my practice has yielded in my life and have decided to share them one on one with my clients/friends. Lover of physics, metaphysics and all things bridging science and spirituality, I bring personal study experience and blend different styles of yoga and meditation to best suit the practitioner. Yoga is the love of my life. Life is the love of my life!
