This place was always my go to place in mid LA area. I had move to the valley but would still make the drive to go here since my nail lady was next door. Sad to say I won’t be coming here any more due to my last experience. I had went in with a friend I recommend to come with me to get my brows done. The lady I usually see is Rumana I believe that was her name. But this time when I had went she has busy with another woman so we waited. There was another woman that was working but was siting down in the waiting area on her phone talking very loud on speaker phone and did not acknowledge us at all and kept chatting away. As soon as Rumana was finish she had told the other woman her their language some thing and had ran to the back. Seems to me that she did not want to help me when she has before. She had told the lady on the phone that she was sick and that she can help us. I refuse to get my brows done with her because I never seen her and also she all of a sudden wanted to help us after we were waiting for 15 min and when she told her some thing. I found it really offended. I don’t know what happened that day and with her but we left with no service done. Thanks for nothing.

This is my second time seeing Nashima to get my eyebrows done. She’s done a great job both times! Definitely going to be a regular here from now on.

Went there a couple weeks ago after letting my brows grow out for month. The lady who did my brows didn’t even ask what I wanted and I tried to explain her exactly what I wanted but she obviously didn’t care and just did her own thing. My brows grow really slowly and they were always thin so when I tried out threading I thought they gonna look amazing especially after letting them grow out for such a long time. Well when the lady was done I looked in the mirror and she did them exactly how I did not wanted them! THIN EYEBROWS!!! She did the same shape I had before which I didn’t like it since they barley understand English there was no reason to argue with her. Now, I have to let them grow out AGAIN. I will for sure not return and don’t refer this shop at all. Go somewhere were they understand you and don’t mess up your brows. Horrible!!!

I love Anita! She’s so gentle and polite, and really takes pride in her work. I haven’t been able to see her in a while. I guess I keep missing her and I always end up with a elder lady with glasses. It’s always been a super painful experience with her because she pulls the hair so slow. However, my last experience seemed more painful than ever, and it’s because she ripped the skin near my eyelids! Horrible, just horrible.

I love this place. Every time I go there is from little to none of a wait. The prices are amazingly cheap but their work is awesome! I love coming here and will continue to as long as they are there

Threading here never disappoints. The wait is not bad and service is quick but they are very careful and know what they are doing. Pricing is amazing! I usually go for my eyebrows and upper lip — both together for just $ 13.

I have been coming to Bombay Threading for the past year. The last time I had gotten my eyebrows threaded was 8 years ago since then I have been doing my own eye brows. I decided to pop in after a work out session and I have been hooked since. Rumana and her mother Nashima both do a FANTASTIC job. They understand what the perfect eye brow shape is. I live in Beverly Hills and would not recommend any where else. Kind good hearted people who produce quality work. There is also parking available directly in front of the store. :)

Rumana is amazing. She knows how to create beautiful eyebrows without any cuts. She never make eyebrows thin. My friends are now her clients. They love how she does it. For my moms anniversary she is flying over from NY to LA to get her brows done. I have been getting compliments since I walked out from there.

Nashima got to my eyebrows right away. She took her time on them. I liked them. A tad bit thinner than a normally get them but the shape was perfect. Nice shop. Ask about the $ 6.99 price!

Great place! Absolutely friendly service. And they do a fabulous job with shaping eyebrows. I’m a regular here and don’t see that changing for any reason.

Walked in to get my eyebrows threaded a couple of months ago and I’ve been going back ever since.
Painless, fast and affordable

I cant complain! I have always had decent service and my eyebrows always come out nice, neat and clean which is what I request anyway. It’s only $ 8 for eyebrow sucks threading and by the time you throw in a $ 2 tip your total is $ 10 which isnt bad considering you can spend up to $ 20 in some places. Parking sucks because its in a little strip mall that has a water store, a nail shop, a discount cigarette (smoke shop) and etc!

This is about the hair they offer not the eyebrow service. DO NOT BUY THEIR HAIR UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. I bought two 12 inch bundles from here and they cheat you out of the length. The majority of the hair was about 6 – 8 inches and mid way through the hair is 12 inches so what they do is give you a shorter length than what you pay for and mask it with a little bit of the length so you can’t tell until you open it. I took pictures of the hair and my Samsung Galaxy 5 is barely longer than the hair I got from them. They are scammers with their hair and you should steer clear from them when it comes to the hair. I will definitely be calling and complaining. Both bundles were like this so I did not get a bad bundle, this is what they do scam you. Luckily my hairstylist is amazing and was able to create a bob for me, but I paid for a 12 inch and got 6 – 8 inches.

I can only speak about the threading here — I’ve come here three different times and had three different ladies thread my brows and lip. I quite liked the first one, but she no longer works there. The most recent lady was Rizi, and I really like the way she shaped my brows. She’s nice and shapes well. I’ve had many a lady thread my face, and she’s as gentle as they come. She’s also very meticulous and will make sure she gets every single hair.
I come here because it’s at a convenient location for me, and this place is getting nicer and better equipped. They now have light fixtures above the chairs, which they didn’t have just a month ago. They still only charge $ 7.99 for brows and I think $ 5 for lip since I usually just pay $ 13 total. I’ll definitely keep returning, and maybe even bump it up a star.
