Body Temple Therapy

I have been received a lot of bodywork over the years, and Fernando is one of the best I have found! I have gotten a massage from Fernando once or twice a week since first meeting him over a year ago. Fernando throughly address my healing on all levels — physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am an extremely active person, and Fernando has been doing some amazing detailed structural with me, bringing my body to a place of proper alignment and helping me an incredible about with my lower back pain. I am a professional bodyworker myself, I can tell that Fernando is extremely well trained and experienced. This guy really knows what he’s doing. Not only is fernando an incredible therapist on the physical level, but I have also never trusted a bodyworker as much as I trust him. As a female, I often am nervous about receiving a massage from a man, but Fernando makes me feel beyond safe — In getting bodywork from Fernando, I am learning what it is like to feel happy, healthy, and whole. I feel so safe, nurtured and cared for under his touch. Fernando is an absolutely phenomenal bodyworker and an extremely genuine, intuitive, and loving soul. Working with Fernando on a regular basis has improved my quality of life, leaving me with a healthier body and healthier heart. I am so grateful to have found such a remarkable therapist that I get to work with on a regular basis! Fantastic.

Is your body in a bind? Do you need some serious deep tissue relief in a flash? Fernando Artiga will COME TO YOU, and is usually available when I need him.
Work with him short term for immediate relief, or long term to get to the root of the problem. He is not just a massage therapist that will make you feel «good.» He fully works on your structure, to get to the root cause of your pain.
I would disclose this is not always a «feel good» massage because he has to work rather deep to get the tissues to release. Give yourself a day to recover, and you will be sooo happy you called Fernando!

OK, full disclosure, Fernando Artiga is a friend of mine. But that’s not why I’m recommending him.
I’m recommending him because Fernando is dedicated to massage and how the body works together, as a fine machine. He has not only gone through all the state certified training, and been doing professional massage for over 10 years, but he has the both the strength and sensitivity needed to figure out where you need work, and then deliver the right therapy — from Swedish/​deep tissue work, to Shiatsu and Thai stretch.
Besides being a massage therapist, he is a professional dancer in a legit theatrical troupe, so he is constantly thinking about how the body moves, and what is needed. It is second nature to him.
I would recommend Fernando to athletes, dancers, and tired professionals who need their massages done right.
He is mobile, but also works at some of the high-​end therapeutic spas in town.
