History
Established in 2005.
Arnaud Palatan, the owner of Bloom Café, grew up in Montpellier, France. As a kid, Arnaud lived off of organic vegetables, free-range poultry and grass-fed beef of southern France. Since becoming an American restaurateur, he has focused on maintaining this healthy-sourcing philosophy.

Arnaud grew up on a farm in the south of France. His culinary passion is rooted in the organic growing of vegetables and free range poultry and grass fed beef. His passion was translated into Pastis Restaurant and then Bloom Café.
