Great customer service the first time I came. Second time was awful. They have a terrible return policy (as in none whatsoever), which isn’t even mentioned to the customer at the time of purchase. Will definitely not be going back.

Cute selection of clothes especially rompers! Wish I had known about the 15% off coupon before I bought stuff. But this gives me another reason to come back :)

Store ha cute affordable clothing however the last 3 x’s I came it was closed. 2ce there was a sign during busy hrs saying back in 15 mins, waited for 45 mins and no one showed up. The last time I came at 11am (opening of store) and at 11:40am the store was still closed on a Friday. It’s a shame! While waiting I saw 5 people who came and left because it was closed. Bad business ethic :/

bliss has so many cute clothes for sale! After visiting some pretty meh shops on the street, bliss was a nice find for clothes I would actually wear. From cute tops to fun clubbing dresses, this place has it all.
The sales girls are super friendly and informed us of a 20% off sale they were having that day on everything in the store, yay! Some of the items did get on the pricey side though, so I just had to be satisfied with my window shopping.

The fashion in here in worth the drive from when I lived in Fontana and now that I live in south OC! I love making a day out of it and driving to Melrose getting drinks go to Bliss and then maybe dinner out in LA! Will take a few girls out that way for the day soon! Love the sales girls. I spent $ 135 on maybe 4 items !!! So nice !

Always so refreshing to find great service in LA. The shop is adorable, the girls are always so friendly and helpful and the clothes are trendy and at a good price point. ALways go here if I am in need of a last minute outfit

I love this store! They have the cutest clothes and all the girls that work there are nice. They have a unique selection of clothes and its a decent price. Especially for Melrose. Most of their clothes range from $ 40 – 80.
I’m a regular in this store and happy to have them so close to me!
A definite must go to if your in LA. Especially on a budget. You can’t go wrong. Most of the other stores are over priced

I’ve found «BLISS!» This is one of THE best places to find cute and trending clothing without looking like everyone else! (Even though the same dresses can be found at larger department stores with a larger department price! I now sound like an ad for Ross).
I LOVE the selection, and like the prices. Some of the prices feel a little steep for the quality and «in the minute styles,» however, I will gladly pay $ 44 for an amazing «maxi» that looks like something no one else has!
I know whatever I buy here will keep me looking current and unique! LOVE LOVE!

Got a few dresses and a J/​C knock off that’s literally no diff from the real ones. Love the style and the quality.

Although stores on Melrose tend to have the same selections from door to door, Bliss tends to have a slightly more classic collection of trendy goods, displayed in a well organized manner, and not priced as outrageously as some of the other shops that are expecting you to negotiate down the price. I always feel welcomed here, and rarely leave without finding at least one item to walk out the door with.

Absolutely love the selection at Bliss LA! I’m a Las Vegan that now makes it a ritual to visit Bliss before heading back home. Bianca was a sweetheart today; she constantly ran back and forth to find me the proper sizes and called the store downtown to see if they had my size.
I’ll say one more thing… If you see something you like, you better grab it quick because it’ll be gone in a second!

Love this little shop. I’ve come here a couple of times now and my only gripe is that they run out of sizes very quickly. Like several times, I found something really cute only to find that they already ran out of my size. Other than that, everything is very reasonably priced and super cute.
Just be careful about parking b/​c they’re super strict about the two hr street parking on the side streets.

I only really shop at large department stores or chains when I absolutely have to or I’m pressed for time. Otherwise, my heart lies with boutiques. They never have more than 5 of the same piece so the chance of seeing someone else in it is extremely slim.
My sister and I were in town to see a Laker’s game and someone at our hotel recommended that we check out the stores on Melrose. Bliss was our first stop and the only place where I found an item I HAD TO HAVE. Bliss carries unique fashionable pieces are very reasonable prices– the owner has a great eye. Cute dresses, nice blazers, nice tops — they have it all!
I loved my new blazer so much that I wore it out later that night. We went to a lounge, didn’t dance much and definitely didn’t do anything outlandish. I literally sat down most of the night (boring, and uncharacterisitic of me, but hey, it happened).
Later on, we went to eat and I looked down at my arms and the entire inner seam on both arms had ripped open leaving two huge gaping holes. I had no idea how it happened.
The next day, I returned to Bliss, and without any hassle at all, the owner exchanged my ripped blazer for a new one. No questions asked. I am aware that I just happened to have impeccable timing and the owner was there when I went back, but I can’t express how grateful I was. The sales associate was also really nice both of the days that I went into the boutique.
Bliss, you definitely have my vote. I’ll be back in LA in a few weeks and I will definitely be paying you a visit!

this is my must-​stop-​at shop on melrose. it’s usually filled with going-​out tops and cute sunday dresses. they dont carry much in stock (1 – 2 copies of each size) which is good, so other girls won’t be strutting around in the same outfit as me!
dresses usually run around $ 45 which is way better than guess, bebe and the other mall stores. if there’s a stain or if the button broke while trying it one, the store may give a discount as an incentive to buy it.
their inventory always changes so stop by often and check it out. i hear flirt nearby is pretty good too.

I know I overpayed but the sales girl was so nice and helpful it was worth it. I didn’t bother comparing prices at other stores (it was also the day before I needed the dress and was out of time). Wish more sales girls did the same.
Bought two dresses for under $ 200.

Not bad I say. There were a handful of really cute dresses in there perfect for a night out. And at $ 60 – 80 for a dress that’s not bad… especially to pick up a dress no one else is gonna have.

Bliss is a store on Melrose and like all stores on Melrose, you can find similar things in other stores all marked at different prices. Great example: I saw this cute dress at Bliss, they didn’t have my size and it was priced at average Melrose price $ 60 ish for a dress. i walked into another store and they had the SAME EXACT DRESS priced at $ 200+. I’m not even joking.
You also have to keep in mind that Melrose tends to be a bit overpriced for what it is (you can easily find these things in Downtown if you’re patient enough to look and/​or if you buy wholesale) but it’s definitely cheaper than the mall. Of course, some stuff at the mall is a better quality than Melrose items. It’s also easier to bargain on Melrose and if you’re buying a few items and hesitant on some things, someone in the store will generally offer you a discount.
Bliss is one of my favourite stores on Melrose. I always start at this store because they have cute items (you don’t need to dig through a bunch of ugly stuff before you find ONE cute item) and it’s reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, when I stopped by recently, the prices increased. I can generally tell how much an item is going to be, but when my sister, Grace P., and I looked at the prices on some items, we were shocked! Close to $ 90 for a dress on Melrose?! I think not.
Despite the price increase, I will probably still stop by Bliss every time on Melrose just to check out the new items.
