Best Lock & Safe

At first, I thought everything was going well. I purchased a safe and they were going to customize it for me (for a reasonable fee), they even gave me a loaner.
Then when I went to pick up the safe and return the loaner, it was like a carnival. First, the safe which had been modified, had the paint on top all bubbled and peeling, likely from the heat of the modification. Their attempt to «repaint» it was very poor, large flakes came off. I overlooked the shoddy work.
Next I asked for the manual to the safe /​locks. It has electronic locks with time delay. They ran around and could not find them. They said they had them, then they did not. I waited 30 minutes for them to look them up on the Internet. They gave me 3 different copies, each time I had to tell them it was the wrong one.
After finally getting the correct print outs, I left and installed the safe and got ready to program it. Only to find out they did not give me the master code making it impossible to program the safe.
I called and was told they would call me back, after a day and a half, I called them. I am now again waiting for them to call me back again.
Store is a mess, stuff piled everywhere, and the employees seem to really like to play on the computer and watch tv.
My experience has been very frustrating.
Update, had to come all the way down here. Waiting over an hour for them to fix the issue. Uuuggg.

I was locked out of my Honda Accord, and I needed someone quick, efficient, and low priced to come out and fix the problem. I called Best Lock, and they came out promptly, opened the door, made new keys, and all for a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend them.

Great safe, especially for the money. I was skeptical of the electronic lock, but with the skeleton key you can always get in. Would definitely buy again.
