Bean is nothing short of a variety show. Whether it’s the Hang Over Brunch, or the legendary Pop-Up Supper Clubs, Chef Bean will without fail leave a one of a kind taste in your mouth.
Castañeda picked up appreciation and understanding of cuisine from his family in Palm Springs. Although he never aspired to be a chef, the culinary misadventures of Bean began as he opened many desert «not-so-hot spots» including The Ale House and The Village Pub.
Chef Bean uses exotic and modern gourmet cuisine to keep patrons coming back for more. Come out and check out a dinner or brunch, and be sure to check beanscuisine.com for updates.
