This is not my first time at this BR just seems that my friend lives in the area and always convince me to dine in the area even if in my opinion the shopping center feels crowed. This is the best place to be if of course you have a sweet tooth for ice cream. The service is on point with welcoming staff and clean establishment. The ice cream is fresh not freezer burn from setting in the refrigerator. Today Sunday we had a cappuccino frap medium for about $ 4 and rainbow sober way to beat the heat!

Who doesnt lice ice cream?! Its our local oce cream shop. They have many flavors, their customer service is always good, and its always clean. They can also make custom cakes. Satisfies your craving if you dont feel like driving out a little farther.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM. Ordered an ice cream cake for a party and it was so delicious! Everyone had more than 1 piece… everyone was raving about how delicious it was. Perfect portion of cake to ice cream to icing.

If I could leave a zero I would went in on a Sunday for a baby cake Monday night went in to pick it up and got something that looked like shit !!!
Manager didn’t do shit when. I called to complain
All he said was the best I can do is talk to the girl who decorated it and plus she doesn’t even work at this store long story short I hate this place so called general manager never even said sorry for all the problems they gave me plus he promised a replacement cake that I never got

An ice cream craving hit me promptly at 9:45pm so I wandered into this Baskin Robbins right before they closed. The staff was super friendly and attentive and didn’t grumble when I couldn’t make up my mind and asked to sample several of the flavors.

One of my local go to places for ice cream and I totally dig the 31 flavors!
The service is on point here too with plenty of samples given before you decide to make your selection on one or two or even three flavors (which I’ve never done — a triple scoop).
Parking can be a pain over here but if you’re willing to walk a lil bit, there’s plenty of parking in the back lot.

I went there to purchase a birthday cake. I have been to plenty other baskin Robbins and decided to stop to this location because it was on my way. The guy that was working there on a Saturday April 12 was very rude. Extremely rude that I would of gone elsewhere but I was limited on time. He should be fire for attitude towards customers And for zero patience! And parking is the worse. I waited 15 minutes to

Bizarre parking lot with spots that are marked 15 Minutes Only. Maybe I want to take the ten year-​old whose birthday we’re celebrating in for a sundae and sit and talk! There’s also parking around back, which says it’s for the laundromat but whatever. The lot aisles/​parking spots were arranged very weirdly, just try not to hit anyone.
The shop is laid out strangely, it’s narrow and that makes it feel a bit crowded. All the flavors you love are there (Gold Medal Ribbon FTW but Watermelon Chip as a healthier choice is also fantastic) and the menu is the same as every other Baskin Robbins. There’s no water available, which is weird because a) why not? and b) cold water after ice cream is amazing. I distinctly remember the drinking fountain at my childhood BR.

I came into the store on a Saturday afternoon (parking sucks, by the way) and ordered a mint-​n-​chip shake. I hate to admit that I’ll go to Jack-​in-​the-​Box for future shake expeditions. The shake was not thick at all and I could taste the milk because the shake was that liquidy (sorry, I know that’s not a word but I can’t think of a more accurate description)!
There were 3 staff members behind the counter and the only one to greet me was the one with her back to me as she was making a cake. She’s the one who also took my order and made my shake. What were the other two doing?

My kids had the ice cream and I just had the sample spoon of Strawberry Cheesecake and it was good, but I rate it two stars for their very rude staff. My daughter had to go to the bathroom very badly and they would not allow her to use the restroom. She ended up having an accident. I feel that an ice cream place that targets kids in their marketing could at least make a small exception for a child that has to go to the restroom. For this reason only, Baskin Robbins at this location sucks!

Parking at this store is horrific. The service was ok, nothing stellar. The ice cream was suspect. My favorite ice cream is the chocolate fudge, which they have only seasonally. When I looked at the barrel I quickly changed my mind and ordered something completely new. It was melted and iced over. Yuck! They have a check in offer sometimes which is nice. My kids enjoyed themselves. Will return to see if they are a repeat offender.

I’m always so happy to go to this Baskin Robbins! The employees who work here are super happy and friendly. I go here about 1x a month with my family and we always leave with a huge smile!
The place is CLEAN, and the ice cream is well maintained (no sticky old ice cream stuck to the sides of the tubs). Sometimes, they have the 3 scoop banana sundae for $ 5.00! HOLLAH!!!
My favorite thing about this store are the friendly employees who make it such a great experience for everyone! Thanks!
