Wow what a difference the service year has really taking a turn for the better… The staff and the management are responsive the customer needs… Friendly… And very attentive… A major turnaround. Keep up the good work.

Ani at new account was great. She was thorough and efficient. I have generally had great experience with this branch.

Worst customer service ever by mason made my visit very uncomfortable i went to get a temporary card with my mom I am 17 and my mom is the main account holder I have had over 30 debit cards lost stolen in the past 3 years and have gotten a temporary card in the Glendale location every time with out a problem with my mom she had her I’d debit card every thing and they couldn’t help us this makes feel uncomfortable because this is my money in the bank and the fact that you won’t let me access it this is a very serious thing on Bank of America what if it would’ve been a emergency my car got stuck some thing and I need my debit card and I’m with my mom and they won’t give me one this is very unprofessional!!! Actually I just got my temperory card right now in my Glendale location WITH NO PROBLEM IN AND OUT IN UNDER 5 MINS THIS IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING MY LAWYER FOR DAMAGES

I went into the bank and had three people a head of me, all of which had checks in there hands. I watched the clerk give one guy over $ 15,000.00 in cash. Not to mention they where all in and out. I get to the window and she immediate had a strange look on her face and my check was on $ 7,000.00. After standing at the window for 25 minutes she told me that she just finished the first level of approval and had to have her manager do the second level. After sitting down for another 20 minutes they call me back over and say they can’t verify the check so my only option was to deposit it, weird, the check is a bank of america check and i have a debit card. Everyone else was in a out. Im african american and i wasn’t clean shaved or anything like, but I’m sure i was profiled. A friend that use to work for boa told me the 2^nd level of approval is optional if you are not comfortable with the situation. I will not be using this bank and i don’t recommend going there if you don’t fit in with the Beverly Hills stereotype.

I love this Bank of America branch! It has been both my business and personal bank for 12 years.
While it is still a bank, and a busy one at that, and there are often times lines, half of the tellers know my husband and I by name. Heck, they even know my kids names. They make me feel welcome and they work hard to help me. In a world where so much feels completely impersonal, they make it feel a little more like home.
I wish I could name all the bankers/​tellers that have been so wonderful over the years (Dena, Ani, I apologize that I cannot remember everyones names over the years).
Keep up the good work!

This BOA is super slow. There was a line of 5 people and it took more then 10 minutes to finally get to the teller. Would not come back here.

I never write bad reviews, but this one I kinda have to. Just opened an account at BofA a week ago. Made a cashier’s check deposit (from my other bank acct) which clearly is valid but they said they need to hold the funds and it won’t be available for another week. It’s my own CASH money and I can’t even access it? Will be closing my account at BofA soon. The teller wasn’t very friendly either.

Service is slow. There is no parking after hours. They do have 3 ATM machines outside.

I come to this location exclusively for Kam, the best banker in the world. I am a great fan of his professionalism and efficiency.
BoA validates for 30 minute parking. For periods over 30 minutes, just ask your banker to sign it and you’ll be fine.

The last thing people want to do is walk 3 blocks in the dark to get to an ATM. There is no parking here after hours — it seems they leased their lot to Jerry’s Deli, and street parking is either permit only, or taken up by Jerry’s patrons. So how do you use the ATM? I can see them there, all bright and pretty and blinky, no one using them… because NO ONE CAN PARK ANYWHERE NEAR THERE.

Bit tricky to navigate, especially when the parking lot is roped off. With the street parking full, we kind of had to pull a jump-​out-​of-​the-​car-​and-​run-​while-​I-​u-​turn scheme.
When the parking lot is actually open, I can see this situation working out much better.
Three ATMs outside, one on one side, two on the Beverly Blvd side. Steady stream of people but no queue when I was there. Getting out and trying to turn left on to Beverly after using the ATM can be a bit of a challenge, but that’s LA for you!

Private lot. Courteous staff.
Getting in and out can be a minor headache but other than that, cool bank.
There’s an ATM as well if lines are too long.
One West Bank is next door as well.
