After waiting 20 minutes at a event in San clemente, we were told very rudely that they were not taking anymore orders and to go to another food truck. Wtf… I can understand if something happens, shit happens but my kid was told to go to another truck. Hate to say that food look good but lady working the truck can use some matters.

Today at my job I had the pleasure of trying a delicious burger. I had the original Beaty and a side of chili cheese curly fries. When I tell you that burger melted apart when I bit into it. Oh my sweet Jesus, the bun was soft, the sauce was amazing, and AGAIN that huge soft patty. I love burgers especially when they aren’t tough or causing me to have a tug of war with the meat. I’m a HUGE burger fan and I am truly impressed. From the amazing customer service to the delicious food, Alessio will see you very soon again. I’m not sure why it has 2 $$, the food was VERY affordable. $ 9 for my original beauty and $ 6 for my chili cheese curly fries= PUREPERFECTION. I recommend if you see this truck set up that you stop and give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed. I’m so glad that we work with DowntownLaBite for our food truck nights. Thank you ladies so much. I enjoyed every single bit.

At the onset, didn’t have any fries available and 30 minutes into the event, half their menu wasn’t available. The running joke with those around us was renaming the business. Last I heard, «Lameys Sad Sack Burgers» was the winner.

Ate from their food truck in San Bernardino. The girl was really nice. I ordered the Au Naturale(veggie burger), added cheddar and spicy sauce, asked for fried egg and she said they couldn’t put that on the veggie(prepared as 2 small sliders), and ended up finding out they didn’t have eggs that day at all. Appreciated I wasn’t charged extra for the cheese and spicy sauce. They served this one on 2 regular sized Hawaiian rolls. I definitely expected more flavor, especially considering I added cheese & sauce, and the price was about a dollar too high considering the portion. They were also out of chili(not sure why they were so unprepared when I was one of the first few customers) but I have to say that the curly fries were great. Probably will never order from this truck again.

Love Food Trucks and Love Burgers. So I would hope Baby’s Bad Ass would be one of the better food trucks out there. Especially since they have quite a legacy being one of the first food trucks out there right after Kogi, which is great, but could this equal that? Uh, no. The burgers are a bit on the dry side. Not very juicy at all. I didn’t get any toppings on my burger because I wanted to see if the beef would shine and it didn’t. Just lacked flavor. The fries, while fresh cut, also weren’t spectacular. OK at best but not a big winner. If you want a great burger from a truck, I’ve had more success with Grill ‘Em All and Green Truck than these patties.

Had the original beauty at the Hangar 24 airshow. Killer burger. The patty was huge and delicious, I was very impressed. The burger and cheese just melted in your mouth. The secret sauce with the mushroom and cheese is a great combo. Service was also fast.

We tried Baby’s Burgers when one of the trucks came to UCLA during finals week last quarter. I had the Original Beauty costing $ 9. The service was excellent with friendly workers and good burgers. The secret sauce was excellent, tasting similar to a mixture between thousand island dressing and ranch. The bun is made from King’s Hawaiian bread which captures the further juices of the burger. The patty is very juicy and has good fresh flavor. The burger was rather small for the heavy price. The price itself is my only complaint of the burger. Excluding the $ 9, the burger had excellent flavor and taste.

I ordered the Good wife but I bit into a piece of bone or hard plastic or something, just about broke a tooth. I dug around and found some broken pieces of something. Not a great way to have lunch.

This was my first time seeing them at lunchtime at Grand Park, and their All American Girl burger is now my absolute favorite in LA. They were out of curly fries at 11am, right at the opening, which was dismaying, and the regular fries were super soggy and sad. Full marks for the awesome, savory, smokey burger– minus one for the fries of sadness.

I ordered the Original Beauty with the mushrooms, grilled onions and swiss cheese for nine dollars. Then to add a little side to my Original Beauty, I went ahead and asked for their curly fries for another $ 2.00. Then I topped it off with an ice cold can of Coke for another buck. The burger was a nice big size, seasoned well and juicy. The curly fries were also seasoned well. My only issue is that no one wore a hair net, one lady had her long hair hanging out dangling over everything, another lady only had on one glove and the man was sweating bullets over the food, wiping his sweat onto his shirt and didn’t have on gloves. Is he the one cooking? Very unsanitary.

I work a gallery event space in Los Angeles and frequently need a catering or food truck option for the private events held there. My go-to food truck has obviously been Baby’s Badass Burgers. I’ve used them over five times at least. Each time the sliders and fries were a humongous hit with the guests without question. Mouth watering. I utilize their«burger babes» to tray pass the food instead of guests walking out to the truck. They are always extremely on point and have the biggest smiles serving. You guys really are badass, keep it up.

I had the All American Girl burger, which consists of smoked cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ‘baby’s special sauce’. It. was. fabulous. You know some places you go to get a burger with lots of toppings in it and the thing just falls apart, or is soggy, or just looks un-appetizing? Well this place is NOT serving burgers like that. It’s wrapped neatly and built like a burger is _supposed_to be built; ready for you to peel away the layers of paper as you munch along(think In-N-Out but tidier). And munch I did! The patty was well seasoned and the flavor of the cheese worked well in this classically concocted hamburger. Served on a Kings Hawaiian bun, how can this be bad? A pricey $ 9 for just the burger, but it was very satisfying and my hunger was quieted. There will be other opportunities to try again as I see their truck all the time. Hard to miss the pink wrap on the truck!

There is a sign on this truck that says ASSEENONSHARKTANK. My fiancé and I had a bet Asti whether or not they actually got funding. By the taste of their burgers and fries… They did. They absolutely did. AKA: their food is tasty!

Bought a turkey burger. The patty was mostly raw. Only the skin of the patty was cooked. And it’s turkey, not beef. Are you kidding me?!

Baby’s Badass Burgers is a food truck based in the Los Angeles area. You might have seen them featured on ‘Food Wars’ on the Travel Channel. If you’re passing through Hollywood, you might recognize the bright pink truck. We parked and walked across the street to the food truck. As expected, there was a line, but this gave us time to look over the menu which was posted on the side of the truck. There are a handful of burger options ranging from sliders to ½ pound burgers. I opted for the original burger, which was a beef patty with cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, bacon, and their original sauce, served on a Hawaiian roll. This was one of the greasiest cheeseburgers I’ve ever had, but it definitely curbed my burger craving for a month! In order to find Baby’s Badass Burgers, you can check their website or follow them on social media. They only take cash, so be prepared for that. Other than that, enjoy your delicious burgers!

I’ve been to a couple of outdoor events this summer and I’ve seen Baby’s Badass Burgers a lot. At the most recent event, we were really short on time and Baby’s just happened to have one of the shorter lines(they were extremely organized and efficient). I’m so glad that we decided to check them out because it was one of the better burgers I’ve had in a very long time. Who knew that it would come from a neon pink food truck? Not to mention, the lady taking the order was super friendly and very sweet. We ordered the Original Beauty(swiss cheese, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms, baby’s special sauce), the She’s Smokin’(smoked cheddar, bbq sauce, crispy onions, bacon) and a side of curly fries. I was genuinely surprised by how juicy and well cooked the burger patty was. Usually burgers from food trucks come out tasting a little dry and overcooked, but not here! Perfectly cooked and seasoned wonderfully. I enjoyed the Original Beauty a little more than the She’s Smokin’ but that’s just because I’m not a huge fan of bbq sauce in general. My boyfriend loved it though! The only thing that wasn’t really all that great were their fries. It was just average. Could have been a little more crispy. I think one of the reasons why we enjoyed their burgers so much was because they serve it up on toasted Hawaiian buns. Apparently they were also featured on the Food Channel but I had no idea. Either way, if you see this truck around, I suggest going over for a burger. You will be pleasantly surprised. 4⁄5

Bombshell ½ lb round hamburger between 2 grilled square cheese sandwiches with bacon, onions. With soda, $ 14. Tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich with some ground beef. The cheese overwhelmed the bacon & onions and the meat wasn’t anything special. Needed something to level the sandwich out, possibly lettuce, tomato, sauce… Won’t do it again.

I think I was drawn to this pink truck because I like my burger to be slightly pink. Somebody give the lead marketing guy at Badass Burgers a gold star! It’s a little bit pricey to have regularly but I suggest trying out their burgers and curly fries for the heck of it.

Your BURGERS mine Gonna eat it right Just show your TRUCK In broad daylight I’m telling you On how I feel Gonna eat those fries Don’t shoot to kill Come on, Come on, Lay it on me, All right… I’m giving you On the count of three To show their stuff Or let it be… I’m telling you Just watch your mouth They bring the game That’s what their about Well they say the sky’s the limit And to me that’s REALLYTRUE But my Unilocalers you have seen nothin’ Just wait ’till I get through Because their BAD, their BAD — come on You know their BAD, their BAD — you know it You know their BAD, their BAD — come on, you know And the BABY has to Answer right now Just to tell you once again, Who’s BAD… My ode to Michael Jackson. I hope I did him proud. Well I am REALLYHAPPY to update this review. My last experience didn’t go that well. I thought that was the end of it but I was contacted by Lori a Co-Founder and she politely asked me to give them another try and she apologized that my visit wasn’t up to their standards. I had to think about it because I didn’t want the truck to know and then make something GREAT which was not the normal standard. I finally agreed and she sent me a gift card. Simple enough right. This was SEVERAL months ago. It’s a truck so it’s not always in the same spot. Today on my way to run an errand at lunch time I saw the truck parked across the street at a neighboring company and decided to stop by. I shot Lori a quick email to let her know I would be trying the truck today. I get to the truck and show my gift card from Lori and I found out it was the OC truck not the LA truck. Who knew? They were SOOOOOGRACIOUS and went ahead and HONORED my gift card from Lori. Even thought it was for the LA truck WITHOUTANYPROBLEMS. I decided to get the same burger I had an issue with because I wanted to see if my bad experience was just a fluke or not. My burger came up in no time and I walked back to my cave-acal to eat and work. First bite was DELICIOUS! My burger was cooked medium well which I LOVE and was NICE and juicy inside. The bun was NICE and FRESH and toasted to PERFECTION and without butter or oil. They use the King Hawaiian BURGER buns which adds that slight sweet taste in each bite but NOT overwhelming. LOVEIT! I HATE grilled burger buns or bread. It also had a little Porky Pig on it too. oink, oink. When is BACONNOTGOOD… Almost NEVER! DA*NNNN his AZZ was DELISH and cooked to PREFECTION! Not hard and crumbling apart as I bite into the BURGER. And NOT undercooked either, which would leave some parasite to dance a jig in my belly. And it had the PREFECT amount of BBQ sauce on it. That BABY was PREFECT… No whining, or crying, b*tching or moaning and I didn’t have to change a sh*tty diaper either. SOOOFRICKINGOOD! As it turns out Lori thought I was going to the LA truck as well so the OC truck had NOIDEA about my previous Unilocal review and thought I just had a gift card! SO I didn’t get any special treatment. I emailed Lori to let her know and she mentioned that the chef on the OC truck has OVER20 years’ experience. So if you see them roll bouncein’ in the OC stop and give them a try. A complete 180 turn around! THANKSLA and OC! You are DEFINITELY a BADAZZ!
