Please DO NOT do business with this company. The service is terrible, and all they care about is getting more of your money. After 36 long months of payments that I was contractually obligated to make, I want to terminate my contract with them. But the evil Steve tells me that before I can terminate, a technician has to come to my house to remove the alarm equipment (that belonged to me before I initiated service with Armguard) AND I will have to PAY a $ 149.00 removal fee! And if I don’t pay, I’ll be sent to collection. They are thieves. Crooks. I can’t say enough bad things about them. PLEASE look elsewhere for you alarm service.

Stay away, stay away and I mean stay away from this company and the evil, nasty, and money hungry Steve. I never met anyone like this man in my entire life. After paying for nine plus years to Armguard, I couldn’t believe they refused to cancel my service. I sent multiple written requests to cancel and they just ignored my requests. They continued to sent me bills and subsequently sent me to collection. This is so absurd! I only have a 2 — year contract with them. I am surprised this company is still in business. I am not the only victim. There are many Amrguard customers out there I spoke to have similar situation. If you open a service with them, you will definitely regret forever having to deal with all these hassels.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Money hungry I would say. Steve who is in charge of this company. Is the most Arrogant, bitter man I have ever met. The only thing good this man has are his Technicians. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I can’t wait for my contract to be over with this SCAM of company. PLEASE AVOID!!! Trust me you get what you pay for. This «company» is FRAUD!!!

I have had the pleasure of signing up for a a monitoring service with this company, and for over 5 years I have had no problems there installation staff and team were well mannered and above all clean. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
