Went here for a ten panel drug screen for school. Staff was very nice and efficient. There was no wait time and my results were emailed to me the same day. They don’t do appointments, so feel free to just walk in. Small lab and doesn’t look much from the outside, but inside is very safe and clean. Will highly recommend!

Purchased 4 pen tests to check for drug related chemicals after our drug dealing neighbors were kicked out to double check any chemical residues appearing in our apartments. All failed to detect drug related chemicals in all 3 apartments… well the results were inaccurate compared with a more expensive professional lab that swiped the units detecting substances in one of the 3

I came, I filled out forms, I peed and I left. Um not much more to say. This place looks like it used to be someones apartment. The ladies that worked there were nice and the process was super quick. Yeah for drug tests!!!

Absolutely amazing experience getting a drug test here. Super friendly atmosphere. This is a family owned father daughter business which I didn’t expect. What a pleasant surprise — I could’ve stayed and chatted for hours. Highly recommend this place.

I did my test here for a new job application. Its was the first time I have ever had to do a drug test for work and I was expecting a terrifying experience. However the woman there made me feel really comfortable. All in all there was not that much too it and it took about 15 minutes from arriving to leaving.
I asked the people about the place and they say they were father and daughter owners. I like supporting local family owned businesses as that’s kind of my thing.
Over all a very good experience.

This was my first time getting a drug test and I hope it’s the last!
OK so let me start by explaining that I needed to get a drug test for a school, and my acceptance is contingent on a clean drug test. So no, I do not have to report to a parole officer or anything of that nature.
Anyway, I chose this location because I literally live around the corner. I’ve run by this place several times, and it looks so shady that I’ve always wondered what kinds of people go there… evidently, people like me.
You have to get buzzed in. There are two offices on the 2^nd floor of this building — one is the Bagel Factory and the other is ARCpoint Labs, which I found amusing. Anywho, I only saw one person working there and she did everything for me. She was a receptionist/​urine sample collector. Truly a renaissance woman. A very rude one, though.
Anywho the whole experience was really odd and the horrible review is mostly due to the poor customer service. The receptionist literally rolled her eyes at me for no reason. On top of that, the place is pretty shady looking… I almost felt like my test results were going to come back positive just because I felt so sketchy being in there!
