The worst massage in LA, I come lot of time other there, but since several months it was shitty, honestly I want give a chance but it was too much. You paid 46 dollars for a very average massage(and you do give minimum 10 $ tips). The staff is old and don’t speak any word of english. When you want to speak to the manager, it take some days and without results. Don’t go over there.

My husband and I paid $ 100 for a full hour of relaxation massage for me and a deep tissue massage for him. My massage felt like a 4 year old was massaging me. Then when we were done, my husband paid his massage therapist $ 20 and told her it was for a tip for he and his wife. My massage therapist asked me for a tip and my husband told her he gave it to the other therapist. They pretended to not understand And they began speaking in their language to eachother. They locked us in and would not tell is how to get out and kept pressuring us for more money for a tip. My husband finally had to be stern with them for then to let us out! Horrible experience. Waste of money!!!

I had a pretty good experience here — it’s crazy cheap(the«Foot Massage» is actually a full body massage, just without the oils, $ 30 for a full hour). They try to upsell you a bit, but heck, I can’t blame them. They had nice private rooms and were very direct with their prices, and even though I wouldn’t have complained if they ended a few minutes early like the previous reviewer, they gave me a full hour, only stopping to go and get warm towels. Good friendly service and I felt awesome after, I’m only taking off a star because my masseuse was too small to get the kinks out of my lower back and my calves, but my god she did wonders on the feet, upper back and neck.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a massage place. I paid $ 45 for 60 minute full body massage. I did not receive the full hour as it ended in 55 minutes and my massage therapist kept walking in an out during the beginning of the hour. At the end, I gave her $ 6 for tip as this was an average massage and I did not think she deserved more. She then demanded $ 10 as it was a full body massage. I tried to explain to her that you can’t request the amount of a tip but she stated that her English«was not good» as to imply she did not understand me. I gave her $ 10 and walked to the reception area. I tried to tell another employee that I was charged $ 10 for tip and did not think it was right. She then called my massage therapist and they talked(not in English). I told them that they can’t charge $ 10 and pointed to their prices which did not include anything about a tip amount. Both of them said their English«was no good». I left feeling stressed all over again.
