Upon entering the store, I greeted everyone «hello, good morning!»
*no reply*
It was only until I started walking around the store did the Asian man got up and said, «may I help you?»
I replied,” just looking around“
He replied,“no we are only wholesale.“
I said okay. Then he said thank you, As in, leave?
ALSO, when we were exiting, there were obviously things that were not wholesale, and were individually sold.
We saw the little NYX section, and said,” is this wholesale too?“
He didn’t even look up and said, «yes»
I don’t know I did not feel welcomed at all.
And from the reviews it looks like everyone agrees.
Like why open a business if you’re going to be a grouch to all your customers?

Great service. Nice staff allowed me to go to the back to pick my own lashes. If you ask nicely. great for pro mua. This will define my go to place for lashes bc as a mua you go through so many pairs it’s not worth paying $ 3 a set.
