I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, taking broken things apart and repairing them. I graduated college with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering, which makes troubleshooting furnace electrical systems easy for me. My engineering background gives me the knowledge I need to design systems and understand technical information.

I still love to tinker which is why the majority of the service calls to my company receive my attention, even though I have experienced technicians who could handle the work.”
