american service alliance are pretty good at what they do. i called and receptionist was so friendly i was convinced drom the start. she gave me a quite over the phine i couldnt resist. made an appointment for next day and brian came 30 mins early just to check and buy the part needed. pretty cool!

We just had Mike K. out from ASA this morning — two days after Christmas and on a Sunday. We could not be happier with his professionalism and thoroughness. It’s no wonder American Service Alliance gets such glowing reviews here on Unilocal.He spent three hours deep-​diving into the causes of our heater meltdown. He had the parts on hand and he installed them and got the house warmed up again. Mike was an upbeat professional, and I will seek him out for any future needs regarding appliance and HVAC repair. My heater stopped working consistently. I called on a Monday, had an appointment Thursday (could have been Wednesday, but I wasn’t available), and parts were specially ordered/​installed by the following Monday. Greg was extremely prompt and professional. I didn’t do any prince comparison so I don’t know how the prices are relatively. But, considering the number of service providers who have canceled appointments — or just not shown up — it’s worth the price for the fast and responsive service. I’m saving this number in my phone.

Sergey came out because my air conditioning was rattling. He said I will need a new motor eventually (which will be about $ 1400!!!), but he fiddled around and tightened some screws and fixed the problem (albeit temporarily). He said it may be temporary, but it certainly worked and was cheaper than a new motor! He was efficient and I appreciate the fact that he didn’t insist I get a new motor right away and he was able to help me out. Oh and this was all SAME DAY!

I just had my furnace and air ducts cleaned by this company and I was absolutely happy with the service. They delivered everything they promised. They took exceptional care to clean up my home by vacuuming every room they worked in.
The front office staff was very attentive to my concerns, they answered all my questions and managed to put me at ease about getting ducts cleaned. If they said they would call me back by a certain time, they always did.
If anyone is looking for a company to clean air ducts, this is definitely the place to call. You won’t be disappointed.

My washing machine left a big puddle on the floor. I’d called this company before for a dryer problem and was very happy with the service Benny provided, so I asked for him again. They were able to schedule an appointment within three hours, and Benny called when he was on the way. He did a very thorough inspection, the service was excellent, and the machine seems to be working well. I’m glad to have a company that I can rely on.

Called and had a washer issue and our Thermador professional oven wasn’t heating properly. I called these guys and Jack cam out and took care of a minor issue with the washer for a very fair price and assessed the oven… that was a bigger deal. I approved work (seemed like a decent price to me) especially since they had to order a part and two folks come back to so the repair. The test was a dessert and well… it’s fixed! They were on time, communicated well and I will use them again. Thank you!
