All Secure Valet and Parking Company

If you leave your car here don’t have anything in the vehicle of value. THEY STEAL YOUR STUFF! I had a pair of shoes stolen, and then months later a pair of sunglasses out of my glove compartment. When asked about the theft, of course they denied it. I’m warning you – PARK ELSEWHERE!

Next time I’m just going to ask some homeless gentleman to park my car, seeing as how every time these shady freaks take my keys, I end up with more dents and scratches to my vehicle and on top of that, have to climb in through the SUNROOF because of how they cram my car into a spot. I couldn’t get a hold of the management because the valet attendants pretend to not speak English, and always have their earbuds in ²⁴⁄₇ talking on the phone.
It wasn’t until I had a coworker call the «management» from a different number and pretend to be inquiring about a monthly parking pass that anyone got back to me, and who even knows if it’s the real owner I spoke with. Only time will tell.

I was very disappointed in the service I received from Michelle, the owner, on how she processed a refund due to me after I had parked in this lot for months. Many times in those months service was unacceptable due to being understaffed. Many times of waiting for someone to show to get my car, and even though she said they offered a «texting» service to call for your car ahead of time… many times this never worked and I was late for work. As a business person, Michelle, is a lot of talk and not a lot of follow through. Smoking cigarettes constantly and broken promises. She owed me a credit due of $ 85 and after a MONTH of calling, stopping by, leaving messages, emails… NOTHING. Then when I finally did catch her she was totally rude and didn’t handle the situation with any sort of consideration. She was snarky and a total B*Tch as far as I am concerned and I will no longer be recommending them to any of my Downtown peeps. Also her «Downtown Concierge» service that I helped to promote and pass out fliers… just to help her out… Number doesn’t even work most of times and this made me look bad to neighbors! What a BAD business! She lies and puts on a front and zero follow through! As you can see with previous reviews she does not run a good service nor do I trust her whatsoever now after promising me over and over that she would credit me as soon as I started parking in my building across the way that I had been waiting for a spot since I moved in. Totally lied, totally rude and I totally do not trust her! I don’t even want to give her one star on this review!

You’re better off hiring a crackhead to drive your car around the downtown area than park it with this company.
Moved to downtown Los Angeles to a loft and was confronted with the parking situation; where to park at a decent monthly rate? Our loft management has a lot — but it’s $ 150 per car, per month… so I scouted. Found All Secure Valet just a block away for the same price… and got an AWESOME pitch from Michelle (who told me she was the manager… in fact she is the owner. This is public knowledge, so I’m not breaking any laws by posting her name here «
…). She told me about her pick-​up/​drop-​off/​door-​to-​door valet service, and she offered it to me for the same $ 150/​mo per car. I signed up.
There is nothing real about Michelle’s sales pitch. In two weeks of service, the valet never picked up or dropped off the car — not even once. The valets are never available, text messages don’t go through, calls aren’t received, understaffed, asked for the car during off hours (even though their website shows them as a 24-​hour lot with staff available), blah blah endless excuses blah. I would have settled for getting my car out of the lot myself, but even that’s not possible. I left my keys with the staff there and couldn’t get my car out because no one was there. (I happened to get Michelle’s personal cell phone number and she came down to get my car out of the lot.)
The cappers:
1) I showed up at 8pm on a Sunday night (again… no staff there). My car was parked and my car key was left with the staff earlier that day. Michelle had given me a key to the restroom (where they leave ALL the car keys for ALL the cars in the lot when the lot is closed). Looking through the keys for everyone’s cars, my key is not there. Where did I finally find it? In the OPEN AND UNLOCKED key storage at the front of the lot (took a picture in the event I need it in court). Not only was MY car accessible to anyone who happened to look in the key storage, but I have no idea how many people have a key to the bathroom after hours — with full access to anyone’s keys, cars, and personal property. (Ironic moment: When I discovered my keys at the unlocked valet station, a black Corvette pulled up… and the driver was about to hand me his keys to park his car. NO security… lol… it could have been a Ferris Bueller-​at-​the-​valet.)
2) Michelle charged me $ 300 for both cars on July 1, 2013. Many, MANY phone calls about the lack of service, lack of accessibility, unprofessional staff, no staff present for access to my car. On July 14, 2013… Michelle charged me ANOTHER $ 300 — two weeks early, and after promising me over and over and over that the service would improve, that these were «growing pains» for a new company, that she was meeting with her staff to get things better… blah blah yada yada.
Bottom line: No one is ever here, your car is inaccessible, and whomever Michelle gives a restroom key to has access to your car and personal belongings after-​hours. «Use this parking garage at your own risk» is putting it mildly.
I have no doubt that Michelle will put a response on this review (as she has many of the others below) highlighting how she’s «sorry I feel this way» or how it’s not true and that her attendants are professional. But that’s all deflection. You’re wasting your time and money doing business with this company. Stay away.

My car got hit in this garage — $ 1,000 damage. When I went down to watch the video with the owner of me pulling in the day before it got hit (to prove the dent wasn’t there) — she was belligerent about how she could see the dent (which I couldn’t) and she smelled of booze (and was parking cars that night). This place is sketchy as shit — be warned.

As someone who ran a business that would sometimes get unfair negative reviews on Unilocal,i do not write a bad review lightly. I am a resident of a loft in DTLA an «All Secure» was suggested by our super. As the lowest priced lot for monthly parking, ($ 80) we quickly took a spot.
On the first day we tried calling in our car to the number provided so it would be ready to go when we arrived. It didn’t work, which is fine. Stuff gets busy in the morning. Second day we try again. It doesn’t work. The owner tells us she’s scrapping it. Ok, whatever. It was a perk.
On our second night of parking there our car was broken into and items were stolen. The owner was apologetic and promised us a free month. FThese things happen. We received our free month with no major issues.
Halfway during the second month we are told that a monthly spot will now be $ 100 for the third month. Ok, that’s a 25% hike in one month. Still, it’s pretty cheap. And its such a hassle finding parking.
When we pay for our third month, we’re told the price is actually $ 120 now. Get that? A 50% increase in 2 months. We’re furious.
But there’s more!
She says that to reserve the 4^th month we now have to pay by the 19^th! We’re paying 50% more, halfway through the month!
During the month of the hike and having to pay early, you’d think they would bend over backwards to make tenants feel better, but quite the opposite.
We drive up on the place and there is no staff present. We park ourselves. Fine.
Day 2, and no staff. Whatever.
At this point we’re looking for new parking desperately. Things return to «Normal». Then one Sunday we park and the valet who usually takes our keys takes the car and almost as an afterthought says.
«Do you plan to go out later? Because i’m leaving.»
What?! What if we had just left? What would have happened to our keys?!
Later that month we would find out.
You’re screwed.
They keep your keys, and if you need them while they’re not there, then tough luck.
Evidently, this has been going on all month and we finally caught wind of it when we «suddenly» needed our car on Sunday. We had to take a cab because these guys walked away with our keys.
There was signage everywhere about paying on the 19^th and rate hikes, but god forbid you know where your car keys are.
We finally found a self-​park place for the same rate, and will start parking there January 1^st, but for the record this place is the absolute worst, and the woman who runs it is a bizarrely entitled con artist who works her staff ludicrous hours and cuts corners in service to the point where your car is not safe in her lots.
I cannot warn people enough to stay away from here. This place is just terrible.

All Secure? Not so much, one of their valet guys stole my Iphone out of my purse and the owner did nothing to rectify the situation. If you are looking to hire a valet company DO NOT use this one. Find a trustworthy company that you and your guests can feel «All Secure» with

To make a disasterous experience short… Don’t hire this company. I signed a contract to have 5 parking attendants at 4pm and around 5:20pm, there was only ONE guy standing around, smoking like a chimney. WTF. I called the owner and was in distressed in my wedding dress, mean while my groom and his family was entering into the prayer room. Michelle, the owner did refunded my money but all of my 175 guests had to self-​park for my special day.
Thanks Michele for starting my wedding in the wrong note.
