WILMINGTON, CA
I’ve been training here on and off for 8yrs. I’ve been to many other spots and they charge sky high and they don’t even train good. This is a hole in the wall but you get the best training. Great bag work, mits, sparring and jiu jutsu. The trainer has been in the business for 30+ years! He was a fighter himself.
