i would not even give 1 star for this unprofessional and highly unfriendly place. after we picked up our tables and chairs, we realized that one table was completely broken. the hinges were off. unfortunately by the time we found out, the store was closed for the weekend. when i returned the table i was being accused that i broke the table. the workers were highly inappropriate and unprofessional. i had to haggle with them over $ 12, which is ridiculous in the first place. i just felt i should not have to pay for a broken item. it was just ridiculous the way they handled this. i was never able to talk to the manager, however told that the manager would call me back later. i am still waiting on the phone call until today. they still charged me, but i handed it over to my credit card company and they took care of it. not in a million years would i set foot into this shady place again. and i highly recommend that you stay away from there. customer service at its worst!!!

I went here to get rent some chairs for my wedding. The service was not great, but I didn’t mind much. I thought it was a cultural thing; the woman who helped us appeared to be a naturalized immigrant. However, on the day of the freaking wedding(excuse me) we received the chairs. You know, the white wooden ones that fold up? Yeah, well, lots of them had dings and dents, and even two of the chairs had the seats FALLINGTHROUGHTHECHAIR. I looked underneath and the chairs had been«repaired» repeatedly; it was a wonder they were still able to stand! Not only that: the delivery guys barely spoke English(different kind and origin of immigrant). It’s like they just picked them up off the street and said, «Take this stuff to this address.» I especially wonder at that because the delivery truck didn’t have the company’s name on it; it was just a crunchy white-ish vehicle covered in ech. It’s a wonder this place is still in business. That being said, it was too late to do anything about it, but when we tried to get some kind of recompense afterward, they were not helpful in the least,. Do yourself a favor: spend the extra money and go to Pico Party Rents.(I hate to refer people to another place on a business’s Unilocal review, but — really — don’t come here unless you like getting screwed over.)

I rented 5 round tables and 40 chairs and I picked up the stuff and returned it myself. Cost me like $ 90 which is a pretty decent price. It’s a couple of blocks away and centrally located in Westchester area.
