Nice group if people.
I recently had a smart start breathalyzer installed in my car here, which just so happened to cause an immense amount of problems for my car.
I had it checked out here multiple times and each time, they we’re very friendly about it and were able to fix it after the third visit, for free!
I will definitely come back here

Longest service ever:(for a simple device on my car they said it would only take 30 minutes. I have been here for nearly 2 hours now. They ripped up my engine covers for what reason?.. I don’t know why… And it really seems like they are winging this whole installation. Very unprofessional! Horrible customer service!
And by the way this place is shady as heck!
Install somewhere else !

Great place, great price and quick service. Even at around 5pm, they did an exceptional job at hooking up my speakers and stereo and fixing a problem with it. They didn’t try to sell me anything else and didn’t charge me when it went into more than 30 min. Great place, great price and amazing detail. Recommend.

I go to this spot for them to install a brand new DVD system and headrest monitors. First of all, I went in prior to the install just to talk to them and let them know what I had in mind. (I found them on Unilocal). Their customer service is non-​existent. The little guy with the mini-​cooper just kind of scowls at you as though you are bothering him. But I figure, no problem they are pro’s so they will ‘hook my stuff up right’. I could not have been more wrong! Let me just pause right here to say that I am really a Positive guy. I’d rather just not mention the negativity and keep it moving with the positive. But my experience here was so atrocious that I really hope this review will in some small way cause them to re-​think their approach to their business… or just close up shop and do something else. Because these guys are real characters. If the service were not so deplorable it would be comical. Anyway I take my new unit and the headrests in. 2 – 3 guys pile into the front seat of my car to begin the install. After about an hour I am told that I need another part that they don’t have. The head guy/​mouthpiece, the one that does the talking, tells me that if I come back in a few minutes they will get it done in less than an hour. It’s about 4:15 pm during the week. So I jump in my car, head over to the spot get the part and return. I’m back just before 5 pm, they close at 6pm. All three of these characters are sittin’ on there a** watching TV. The little guy (w/​the ol’ school mini cooper) scowls at me and tells me that it’s too late they can’t do it. After some twisting of his arm, so to speak, he agrees to install the head unit but I’ll have to come back tomorrow for the headrest install. The head guy is gone. The 2 – 3 guys pile into the front seat of my car again and get started. An hour and a half later, (by this time the head guy has returned) I’m told that there are problems with the speaker, the unit and the dvd screen does not come out all the way. The little guy is blaming it on the unit. So it’s taken 2 – 3 hours of 2 – 3 chumps sitting in the front seat of my ride and the unit still is not fully functional. One guy eventually moved to another car while 2 of the characters remained in the front seat pretending to install my new radio. Finally I tell them to wrap it up I gotta go… I’ll come back tomorrow. The next morning I realize that my climate control does not work. The lights are off and no air is coming out of the vents. Now I am very perturbed but I am trying to remain calm cause I have to work and don’t want this whole nightmare to mess up my day. Not only did they not hook up the audio system correctly, I could not see how to use my climate control and it was no longer working properly. So, initially I plan to go in first thing and ‘slap em around’ a bit demanding that they right the wrongs that they have committed on my ride. But after some research I decided to go to ‘Find it All Car Stereo’ on 5^th/Vermont…and I am soooo glad that I did! They sifted through the madness and hooked me up proper. I am equally glad that I did not have to go back to these ‘busters’ at Abby stereo. They could have a good thing going if they would mix in some Customer Service and Quality of Service. It shouldn’t take 2 – 3 chimps to install a radio. C’mon guys you’re supposed to be pros! What a nightmare! Never again…

Just came back from a stereo install they did for me in under 30mins. on a busy Saturday afternoon. WOW! They were honest, helpful, nice, professional. All around a great experience with Abby and I will definitely deal with these guys again for my car stereo needs.
