Jeff is the man! He definitely knows his stuff. Smart business man. Every time I go in and need anything, he assists me until I’m satisfied. This is the only shop I go too. I feel comfortable when I enter. He’s not rude or quiet or makes me feel awkward like other smoke shops are there just to get costumers in and out of the shop. Jeff makes you feel welcoming and I recommend others to go too, it’s like a family shop. This is an important key to good business; building costumer relationships to have them keep coming back. A+++

Found A2Z on Unilocal and I’m very glad I did. They deff got a huge selection of hookah and ecig flavors to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told the worker Art I wanted to try a new sweet/​sour flavor and he recommended I mix White Peach, Tutti Fruity, and Tangelo and it came out amazing. Thanks for the help and I will be back for future suggestions.

I love the new selection of merchandise. Ive been looking for cartel papers and a large selection of high end bongs like they carry. Awesome… new to the whole vaping thing. George was helpful and patient. Walked us through the whole procedure. Got a great vape pen for beginners. Its located in koreatown and there are plenty of smoke shops to choose from. There is free parking in the a strip area which for ktown is golden. Great experience… thanks a2z!

I personally don’t smoke but my boyfriend comes here to purchase cigarettes. The cigarettes are extremely cheaper than purchasing at a liquor store or gas station (1 – 2 $ cheaper)
The five stars goes for the customer service. Boyfriend came in and purchased two boxes of cigarettes for a little over 8 dollars. The employee paid the change out of his own pocket so my boyfriend didn’t need to break the 1 dollar!
You really don’t see that type of generosity now. Even though it was a couple cents the act of that gesture is awesome.
He will continue to purchase his smokes here and I will continue to tag along: P

I didnt get the name of guy who helped me, but he was super nice! Same with the lady there lol
I went in for a fumi
Being a first time ecig user i had zero idea how to use it. But the guy who helped me went into detail about the different styles and how each are different from another (ex the digital ones vs the basic)
After the initial buy, he took his time to make sure i knew how to refill and charge it and explained that it was important to make sure the liquid stayed out of the center if i didnt want to end up buying a new one lol
I ended up with buying a basic fumigo with a 0 strawberry kiwi liquid for only $ 32 (and thats $ 32 without tax! Zero tax paid! Lolol)
Anyways
This is the only smoke shop i’ll be going to i ktown :)

I’m such a fan of this place. The customer service is seriously so down to earth, so friendly, and super helpful. They are starting to sell vaporizers and they have a really great selection. Their products are all beautifully displayed with great pride and attention behind glass cases, and their staff is really knowledgeable.
But I didn’t come to A-​Z for a vape. I came because I needed a new bong. My old one broke and I need a replacement STAT. The selection is good. They didn’t have a lot of gimmicky bongs that have funky colors, shapes, and styles. The bongs that they carried are all well-​known brands and are very standard, sleek, and great quality. I purchased a PURE glass bong which was tagged at $ 250. The store manager gave me a really great discount which made me super happpppppy.
