I was born and raised on the Southside of Jamaica where all my upbringing was mainly on the farm. My Mother was a farmer/domestic helper while my Dad was a total organic die-hard Rastafarian farmer and a provider of the family. I developed a great sense of cooking when I was a kid after seeing all the spices and freshness in our own garden. I started experimenting with different spices and food that we farmed and everything turned out deliciously freshed. Ever since then I have a great deal of cooking and making sure people are enjoying the freshness, naturalness and tastiness of my food. I love to cook and would not trade it for another profession even though, I do a little acting on the side. My heart lies in my cooking and I cook 100% from the soul of a real country girl to the soul of my eaters… If you want to lick your fingers and feel like you are right at home (Jamaica) in LA, then give me a call.
