Always use to come here today I stop. I have seen the worst of the worst here. Roaches by the coffee stand and floor. Always someone asking for change by the door. The women during the morning shift are rude as ever. And on top of that I’ve bought a honey bun that was expired and milk. Today I bought a sandwich that was expired and the lady had a attitude since she thinks it’s ok to serve old hard breaded sandwiches she should eat them then. I couldn’t exchange them because all the other sandwiches were the same date or older. How disgusting they don’t have pride in their business il walk a couple blocks further to go to the other 7⁄11 further down on 7th thanks

Was a quick in and out for some supplies. Very unorganized, stock was limited, not clean, no one at the counter cared to really help much. I found what I needed, but it was more of a hassle than anything, should of walked a few blocks and gone into CVS instead.

Smh at this location. Never have supplies. Always dirty. Act like they cleaning but just talking. I’m asking questions about the coffee & they just say we out. I do understand Spanish n they just talking about gossip. Needs way better employees. rather pay for Starbucks instead of water hot chocolate.

WORST7−11…EVER. I say this because of the«Manager»(or whoever she is). I work in the area and have gone in several times. This«lady» ALWAYS seems to have an attitude… ALWAYS. NEVER about the customer service. She is AWFUL. It has gotten to the point that I would rather pay $ 5.00 for coffee at an establishment that is courteous and appreciates my business than $ 2.00 at a place that is rude and unappreciative. I have been to other 7 – 11 stores with MUCH better customer service. The others working in the store seem to be friendly — on another occasion when I was there, the straw supply was empty and a customer asked for a straw. A young lady stopped what she was doing to get the straws and very kindly returned with the supply handing the customer one before walking over to refill the empty container. I went in with a co-worker who wanted to use the CitiBank ATM machine. He tried the machine a few times with no success. When he asked this same AWFUL Manager about it, she shrugged her shoulders as if not to care. We understand that the machine is not under responsibility, but there was a clear lack of customer care or concern. I get that people can have bad days… but the service I received today was NOT a one-time event. The coffee isn’t THAT good.

This is my go to morning stop on days when I have to go to downtown la for work. It is within walking distance to the train station which I love. I love to get my morning cup of coffee here on my way to work. I must say their coffee is always fresh and their accompaniments are always well stocked from different kinds of sugars, creamers in an array of flavors, flavored syrups and even caffeine shots for those days I need that extra boost. I also love how fast their cashiers are even on busy days when the line gets long. Customer service is always great. The store itself is always kept very clean. The shelves are always well stocked and the drink stations are always clean. I think I’ve only been there one time that I didn’t see someone mopping or cleaning a counter or station while I was there. And I go there a lot! Also love that they carry my favorite energy drink that most convenient stores don’t stock. Their drink selection is very impressive which is another plus. And of course those slurpees hit the spot on a hot la day.

Small store in dtla, right near the train station and everything else. Well stocked, clean, and nice workers from every experience that I have had here makes it 5 stars. Plus, I have only really been here in the daytime and after dinner, but all of the hot food has looked fresh & nice in contrast to some locations where they have been sitting there for so long that they’ve turned brown from drying up.

I haven’t walked into a 7 – 11 in years, but I just wanted some bottled water and this was convenient. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in! The store was neat, clean, well lit, and things were easy to find. The line moved quickly and the customer service was pleasant. It seems to have all the basics plus it’s right near the 7th St Metro. I’m glad I gave this place a chance, and will definitely use them again when I’m in the area. I had to write this review since this location has changed my view on this chain as my past experiences with the chain were not the best. Makes me wonder if 7 – 11 is having a comeback? I might go check out the one near me to see if this is the case. Perhaps I will say, «Thank heaven for 7−11».

They were actually closed at that time. So you can’t rely on that cup of coffee. Information on Unilocal needs correction.

Get’s crazy during the lunch hour. Always well stocked. Plenty of staff keep that line movin’. Conveniently located to many of the buildings in the Wilshire/Fig area. Bonuses. ATM, and Post office box thing to have packages delivered to.

This is by far the worst 7 – 11 I have ever been to and that is saying a lot. The main person there is a grumpy and nasty woman who just gives me and everyone else dirty looks when they come in. They force people to stand in line in weird places and yell at people who dare to ask questions. They hop from one register to the other when there is only one cashier there for no obvious reason. Today they had no coffee at 7:45 am. I asked how long it would take to make coffee and the woman would not answer me. Then 10 minutes later I went to the cashier and she charged me $ 3.49 for a cup of coffee because I used two cups because the coffee was burning my hand. I use two cups at every 7 – 11 and have never been charged for two cups of coffee. I don’t know if this woman is the franchisee and I should not be so mad because after all this is a 7 – 11. Of course compared to the one on La Cienega and Washington(where the lady engages me every day in conversation and asks about my dogs and my husband and what am I going to do over the weekend) this is a night mare. People, go to either Starbucks across the street, Coffee Bean down the block or Famima one block away. DONOTGOTOTHIS7 – 11THEYAREAWFUL.

Combines the clientele of hobos with the service experience of people who can barely speak English! I’ve been going to this one for years, buying coffee, and spending hundreds of dollars on other food itenms. No more! I can deal with all the transients hanging around, their ridiculous prices and their mediocre coffee. However, this morning I had a negative experience with one of the workers, and I’m done!

This is a very small 7 – 11. Their medicine aisle is actually behind the counter. The line moves very quickly so that was nice. Because it’s in downtown LA there was a lot of sidewalk traffic. Seems to have all the basics.

I love this 7 – 11 because the staff is alway so friendly. I’ll swing in on certain mornings for a cup of coffee or in the afternoons for a slurpee and the register clerks are so fast while still smiling and making conversation. There always seems to be a line, but it moves fast. Also, the slurpee machines are ALWAYS working when I’ve gone in, unlike other locations where a few flavors are out of order. They don’t have a huge variety of candy to pick from, but they have the popular ones. Can this location get a REDBOXPLEASSSEEEEEEE.

this place just keeps getting worse and worse. Now instead of smelling the delicious slurpees when you walk in you smell dry freeze… something! the cashiers seem extremely unhappy and def. don’t want to be there. I asked for a powerball today and the weird cashier dude just screamed at me with a beyond heavy accent which left me wondering… was that English or his native tongue?. When I said, «i’m sorry, what did you say?» he just screamed louder. Prior to being helped, you could def. tell these 2 cashiers were talking SH*T about customers that they were helping, RIGHTINFRONTOFTHEIRFACES! I will not be coming here to get anything unless it’s an emergency or the female cashiers are around. The gals are so much nicer and friendlier than the male staff.

Stopped by for some bananas, 2 for 99cents is pretty good for me. Lots of things to grab here, place opens at 5:30am to whatever time the store thinks the crazies will begin to pore out onto the streets, it being downtown I just looked at the cashier with a grin. Will use often since its one block over from work.

First of all how can you have no people skills and work in this location? Secondly, there’s no need for bad mouthing your customers. The woman at the register snatched the bag from my sister’s hand hurting my sisters hand, while I was paying(keep in mind I am not a confrontational person), but when I asked her why did she do that, she mumbled something in her native language and kept saying things which I could not understand. My sister was more calm than me, but like anyone I don’t like to see abusive ppl. I told her that there was no need to be rude and it was not like I was walking away without paying. It seems that this lady simply has issues hence their is various complaints about her. I don’t understand how badly you can screw up working at a 7-Eleven? Well, Bad enough for me to write and give my first one star review.

***This is a run-of-the-mill 7-Eleven in Downtown LA; it is not that far from Bottega Louie; while the store is small, their selection is okay if you want something quick; if you are looking for a more interesting convenience store with more selection though, you should check out one of Downtown LA’s Famima! stores instead*** Parking in Downtown LA is expensive; there is not much here in terms of street parking; nearby parking lots start as low as $ 5 per day.
