24/7 Refrigerator Repair

Our Ge refrigerator stopped cooling last night so I was calling several companies and none of them gave me a same day appointment. ²⁴⁄₇ refrigerator repair not only gave us same day appointment the repair men Suren fixed it right away. This guy is the best repair person I have ever met. He was very cautious and knowledgable. You can feel that he has been fixing refrigerators for a long time.

Just received my invoice and opened my once-​again cold refrigerator. Three days before all of this, my Whirlpool Gold took a dive and I was living out of iced coolers. Here’s a recap of my experience with ²⁴⁄₇ Refrigerator Repair:
Appointment Booking
Called at 9am this morning. Receptionist was attentive and spoke clearly. Managed to book an appointment the same day. Tried two other services who weren’t able to get me an appointment until the following Monday.
Initial Diagnosis:
Service window was 12−3pm. Repairman showed up at 12:30. He went through the entire diagnosis process with me. Explained to me what was needed to perform the repairs. He did not try to upsell me any services/​labor. He was upfront about any costs and called the main office to set up another appointment for me because he did not have the proper work order/​equipment on hand.
Actual Repair:
Main office booked for later that day from 4−6pm. My technician showed up at 4:30pm. His name is Suren. I will be reviewing my experience with Suren.
He was incredibly attentive and helpful. I explained to Suren that I didn’t necessarily have a lot of money to spend on getting my fridge fixed. He understood and explained what types of repairs needed to be made. He wasn’t pushy and was very upfront on what was necessary and what wasn’t. He tried his best to explain the process and genuinely worked with me on the cost. I was very satisfied with his honesty, diligence and service.
Suren allowed me to be present for the entire repair process. He explained in details, all the processes he was using to fix my unit. He was personable and really made me feel at ease about my situation. When he was finished, he promptly supplied me with an invoice and let me know to call him up if anything came up.
Overall Experience:
²⁴⁄₇ Refrigerator Repair exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Same day booking, reasonable prices and skilled technicians. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone, even my family. As for technicians, I’d be more than happy to recommend Suren.
Pro Tip:
Buy the $ 30 coupon and save yourself the $ 10 for the diagnosis. That goes toward service if you decide to let them proceed with repairs.

Don’t know how the other reviewers gave this place 5 stars. I had the worst experience with them. Fridge broke on a Saturday — repair man comes out and says he’ll need to order parts and will get back to me on Monday. Monday comes and goes and nothing. I call twice and email for a status as this points it’s Tuesday and still the fridge is broken. No one gets back to me. I expressed the urgency with their call center twice and still nothing. You’d think if they sent a repair man for 2 hours to diagnose our fridge for $ 40 they’d want to actually fix it. Do not recommend this place at all.

If there were negative stars, this place would warrant it. After finding my fridge broken on a Sunday morning, I called these guys and was offered 1−5pm or 5−8pm for an appointment. I asked for the earlier time slot and was told someone would call me back to get more details. Around 4pm, I still hadn’t heard from anyone so I called again. The woman at their call center was incompetent and unhelpful, claiming that they never schedule same day appointments. Despite my insistence that I had scheduled an appointment that morning (which the woman said was in fact in their system), she told me that it only counts if the office calls back to CONFIRM it. I was incredibly frustrated as I had just spent several hours sitting around with a broken fridge full of food and no other repair shops were open by that point. She said that «someone might show up but maybe not until tomorrow, we have no way of knowing when.» Hours later, and I still have not received a call «confirming» my appointment. Absolutely appalling customer service and a terrible way to run a business. Don’t waste your time, call literally anyone else. No idea how the other reviewers were so lucky.

Extremely fast and great service!

My fridge stopped working, and these guys were my savior! They arrived on-​time a few hours after I had called them, and were extremely professional. They charged me a ridiculously cheap price, and the work was done within a half hour. I could not have had a better experience.

My freezer stopped working, so i called them and they told me they will be able to fix it as soon as possible and 3 hrs later it was working like it never broke. The girl that was helping me over the phone was really patience, nice, and very helpful! I already recommanded them to my aunt. I was so impressed and satisfied with there work!

My freezer stopped cooling since last night. Repairman arrived within an hour after we have called. Fixed in less than an hour.
