Lori was the most friendly and professional people I have dealt with. she was so helpful, super fast and very very friendly. She made you feel like a friend. On top of all that her prices were fantastic!!!
We needed locks re-​keyed, and a door lock switched out. she went above and beyond to make sure she saved us money! By far the best locksmith around! We highly recommend her and 21^st Century!

Walked in to get keys copied. David helped me out. He was honest, took his time looking over the keys to make sure he could do an exacting job and was an all around really nice guy. Had four keys to copy. He made four copies. Each one worked perfectly. What more could I want? Excellent and should I need more keys copied I’d go again.

I just popped in to get a key copied. No appointment. It was lightening fast! The entire process took under 5 minutes. Super nice guy behind the desk! Thank you!!!

Laurie was able to schedule us in the same week we needed our home door re-​keyed. She was punctual and pleasant. Our dog Whiskey absolutely adored her (BONUS). Laurie was quick but also very warm, not shying away from light conversation. For obvious reasons we were very thankful and pleased working with Laurie. Later that day, I forgot to add the new keys to my key ring and as you could suspect both myself and Whiskey were locked out. I had 3% battery life on my cell phone and I called her, explained my situation quickly and before you know she was back at our home.
We will always recommend Laurie to anyone who needs her services and vouch that she is amazing!

They did an OK job on my keys. 8 of them there we able to copy, 1 they couldn’t figure out so I will go somewhere else and 1 that they keyed didn’t work at all. I will be going back and will update my review.

Amazing! Repaired my lock. Removed the broken key. Repaired the damage I did by trying to fix it myself in the first place.
All with a smile and a very small bill. Had I known of her before I would have saved myself an enormous amount of time.
I got to see some great photography as well. The river runs deep!

Laurie provides excellent service and is great at troubleshooting problems with locking mechanism and how things should work. Also a great conversationalist and hoot to talk with!

Laurie rocks! Who could come for help me for broken key on Friday evening? I found her on Unilocal who she had the close address as my house, I gave it try. She called me back immediately and despite heavy traffic, she fixed the situation within an hour after my call. Thank you!

Laurie rocked it. We needed our locks and keys changed quickly on our new home on a Friday afternoon. Laurie answered immediately, and was at our place and had the job finished in under two hours. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Laurie!

Had a weird problem where I was locked inside my condo and was pretty worried about how fast it could be fixed. Called them and they showed up 15 minutes later! Also they were very knowledgable about my particular front door lock, so much so that they realized it only needed one small spring to fix! Others would not have realized this and would have replaced the whole lock for $ 600!

I have had an extremely difficult time in the past getting keys duplicated for my home. I cannot remember how many keys I have thrown away because they did not work. I was so relieved today when I found this locksmith and within one minute she duplicated several keys for me that all worked perfectly. She was a lovely person and it made my day to find somebody who was so skilled and ethical in times of «warrantying» her work. I will always use them in the future.

Quite simply, Laurie has gone above and beyond as a service provider to my family. She came on site, re-​keyed our locks, and even helped us fix the annoying squeaks from our door hinges and door knobs. Everything was done well and the pricing was fair and upfront.
Later in the week, in a freak accident, we happened to get ourselves locked out. Laurie came to the rescue immediately with no questions asked. Needless to say, I have a locksmith in town that I trust and would recommend her to anyone!

Well I did not go there for locks.
I was walking around and trying to find the printing store that moved away. The owner kindly helped me with the printing in her store for free. Nice people! Thank you!

I’ve never used a locksmith before, but I found 21^st Century Lock & Key on Unilocal and I decided to call Laurie.
A 5 stars service. She is very professional, she arrived at the appointment on time and she did a great job and she was very honest with the price.
She is even better because I called her asking for a service (changing the entire locks) and she suggests me to do only the rekeying. She could charge me more for a service I didn’t need, but she was very honest.

Thank God for Lori! Silly me locked myself out of the house with my keys sticking out of the doorknob and didn’t realize that the screen door was locked. Luckily I had my phone on me and was able to check good ol’ Unilocal for locksmiths. (Thanks fellow Unilocalers!) Century Lock & Key was top of the list and for a good reason! I was able to talk to Lori and she came over before I was able to finish my coffee! She was friendly, quick and efficient. She was also able to give me some recommendations on what to do with the rest of my doors for future rekeying and whatnots. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in any situation that they get locked out of their house! Thanks a million, Lori!

Lori to the rescue! Our lock broke and Lori was able to head over in a few short minutes and took care of everything. What else do you need when you can’t lock your front door.

I called for help with my car ignition (the key got sick in the ignition and wouldn’t turn past ACC) but the lady who answered doesn’t do cars. She was kind of rushing me and didn’t allow me to finish my sentences, but she was very helpful. She pointed me to other for lock smiths in the area who she knew wouldn’t try to rip me off. She even had the phone numbers, names, and locations memorized! I am satisfied with the person she pointed me to and will be writing a separate review for them.
Not a 5 star only because she didn’t actually do anything for me except for a phone call, but I would definitely recommend this service or even to call this service for recommendations.

First of all, I wanted to like this place since I’m the type of person that just goes to Home Depot for my copy key needs. It was right by my old house so I thought I would kill two birds with one stone since I was making a stop by there. I called ahead of time to see if she (Laurie) would be there and she was short with me on the phone but I let it pass. I got there and her assistant took care of me … OR SO I THOUGHT.
The copy of the keys did not work. At all. Not even a budge.
I called afterhours and Laurie answered. She was apologetic and tried to get me to come see her early in the morning but I had class. So the day after that, I called in the afternoon to see if she would be there. She was again very short and acted like she didn’t even want to talk to me, exasperated that she had to explain to me «that’s why I had to be there in the morning.» Well, I’m sorry — I’ve got places to be, too.
I still showed up and her assistant took care of me. Except guess what… yup! It didn’t work a SECOND time. I’m just going to go to Home Depot from now on; **** this place.
TL;DR: They couldn’t get copying my key right twice in a row. That coupled with how Laurie treated me on the phone convinces me not to go back a third time even though they didn’t do the job I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
