I give two stars here for one key reason. A lot of what they sell is not 0.99 cents. As if I am re-living my old breakdance moves from the elementary school, I have broken-down my experiences there: — Quality: Yes it is a low price point, but a lot of what they sell is decent quality. However, it is nothing you cannot elsewhere. As you can tell there are a variety of different discount stores that are at the $ 0.99 cent level in the local area. And again a majority of what they sell is above $ 0.99 cents so don’t be suprised. I also noticed they sell a wide variety of different items such as, bicycle pumps, locks, glue gun, soldering iron, etc… — Service: If you have any questions they are more than happy to point you in the direction you need to go. They have a concession and snack section. Their candy section is amazing. At the end of the say you really go these stores for the«basics» like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc… and those cost at the $ 1.50 level(which equals a 50% higher price point). This place is right on the corner of Western and Wilshire so the parking is virtually non existant, but it is still cheaper than CVS which is extremely over-priced. This place really works if your a local and live around the corner; which I do.
