This company used to do fine work. At some point in 2013 it came under new management or something because the guy servicing the pool changed, and they became unresponsive to invoice and billing issues.
They started over billing for services not rendered, part, as well as extra chemical.
You really have to use a company you trust because you can not watch over their shoulder with each visit.
We have a salt water pool… only 4 years old and at one point the service tech added way too much salt and it fried the 1000k pool cover requiring 1,400 k in da age and labor. They never admitted this
but the pool cover company said that was the only way that the damage so severe
could have occurred .
To make maters worse after that they switch us to chlorine management, with out telling us! Family is chlorine sensitive so all had rashes for weeks.
Finally terminated the contract after yet another billing claiming to have replaced part
which upon inspection were not replaced?!
Was billed for service 4 times month when service tech only came 2x per month.
Enough said… will go write a review for the company we happily switched to!
Maybe give them a few year to get back on track…

Jason replaced our pool heater and replaced and repositioned the pool components so that they took less space and made more sense. He was on time, communicative and came back twice to make sure we were up and running and knew what we were doing. He’s easy to work with and hard-​working. Highly recommend.

Woodside pools does incredible work. They have very reasonable rates and do phenomenal work. The employees are very professional and friendly. The are easy to understand and to work with. If you need your pool cleaned I would defiantly recomend this company
