I got the spinach and mushroom crêpe here and it was tasty. The crêpe batter is a bit sweet so the taste clashed somewhat with the savory flavor of spinach and mushrooms. Still it is a nice change from the usual San Pedro square options and it will do in a pinch if you have a crêpe craving. The square used to have a crêpe place but it shut down a few months ago.

I was excited to get some kettle corn until I realized it wasn’t actually made on site and sat in bags. After paying for a bag I saw one of the dudes in the tent vigorously scratching and cupping his crotch every few seconds as he texted with the other hand. He actually rested his fingers inside the pants at one point. I had already given my money at that point and took relief in the fact that it wasn’t prepared on site. The popcorn itself was just okay and could use a bit more salt. You’d think the popcorn would be saltier if the dude with the itchy crotch handled the goods himself(which I guess is a relief?).

I came by the Los Altos Farmers Market this past week to check it out — I had never been to this one before, so I thought it would be an awesome experience! I came across this crêpe booth and ordered up a Strawberry & Nutella crêpe. Wow, was it tasty! For the price, though, it probably wasn’t a great value — definitely a nice treat though. The line was long, but the service was quick.

i was at the los altos farmers’ market again last week, and was craving a crêpe, so i stopped by this booth and ordered the vegetarian crêpe($ 9). as expected, it was hot and delicious, but i felt that the crêpe was a bit smaller than last time, not sure why(maybe they folded it differently). either way, a good, fulfilling dinner for me after picking up my fresh produce. note, if you come toward the end of the farmers’ market, the line is much shorter, and they will take orders all the way til the last minute.
