Outstanding style at a great price. I am considered to be ultra-stylish by all of my friends because I listen carefully to what Nellie and her sales associates recommend, and then I actually implement their advice. Constantly incoming new and interesting merchandise. A great selection of stylish casual clothing(rare). Great travel clothing. Incredible jewelry. Every sales person is an accomplished stylist. Prices are 1/3−1/5th what you would pay at Nordi’s and the clothes are so much more interesting. This is the only store you need to be a smart looking career or non-career woman.

What a ridiculous comment by Taia below. Why would any boutique/store/or person pay for clothes that you couldn’t take care of? HAHA only stores like Nordstrom’s can afford that. Seriously hilarious that THAT was her complaint. Anyways, I typically visit this store when shopping for my super stylish mother. The best part is that Nellie is like a personal shopper! She remembers all her customers and knows exactly what would look great on them. I would definitely recommend this boutique.

Won’t be back. There are plenty of boutiques from which to choose. I bought a pair of jeans and 3 other items. The waistband of the jeans tore out after three washings. These things happen; the point is to resolve the issue fairly. I took the pants back to the store as instructed by the manufacturer and got an icy reception at Stuart’s and even some questioning of the legitimacy of the issue(«we haven’t had any other customers come back with these»). They said they would to send them to their tailor. When I went to pick them up, I was told how much they had paid for the repair and«This is a one time thing. If it happens again you will need to pay for it.» The friendliness at the time of sale was apparently all a show. They could have made this whole experience a positive, loyalty-building interaction. Instead they spent the same $ 24 on the repairs and decided to try to make a customer feel like a criminal. In doing so they ensured that I will not return and will not encourage others to do so.

When I first started going to Stuart’s Apparel it was 7+ years ago when it was still located in Palo Alto’s Town and Country and Nelly was its Manager. Nelly knows that I am not a big spender, so she serves other customers only. There is an excellent Sales Associate(I cannot remember her name), who treats me as other customers and spends the time to hear what I need and how to best plan for outfits and then adding to items that I already own. She never pressures me, either if I am looking or if I give her my budget. I hope that she makes commision off her sales to me(-: Now, I usually hit other boutiques first, as customer service is essential.

a little boutique on the main strip of downtown los altos. the clothes are ok, probably not quite my style, but i really love the jewelry here. they have a large assortment of earrings, necklaces, and bracelets in a variety of colours that can be mixed and matched with any number of outfits. this would be my top pick if i needed to accessorize my outfits for a night on the town.

Very stylish clothes, shoes and accessories. Always check the sale rack, but her new fashions are always great for any occasion. My favorite is the personal assistance you get. Hemming is free with a purchase, too.
