History
Established in 1988.
The practice began in 1988 as a solo practice by Linda C. Kramer, JD, MBA, RN. Her daughter, Deborah G. Kramer Radin, JD, joined the practice upon her return to the Bay Area from Washington, DC in 2000 and became a partner in 2004. Jerome Galli, JD, brought his expertise to the Firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2010. All three partners have earned the designation of Certified Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Specialist State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
