Knight & Company CPA’s

I highly recommend Knight & Company. I had a number of issues with my returns and they jumped in, were great at following up (despite my procrastinating getting things to them… for months), and really went the extra mile (actually, hundred miles!) to get my filing in by the deadline. I’ve never experienced this kind of service or responsiveness… this really is deserving of five stars: «as good as it gets!»

I would certainly NOT recommend this company. In the 8 months I dealt with them I found constant mistakes and much of the advise they gave was just plain wrong. The payroll staff was friendly but were not well trained on the system they used (ADP). When I brought errors to their attention they were less than gracious and totally unapologetic. Do yourself a favor — use someone else!

This firm has the worst customer service. I have been using their accounting services for the last several years and their competency and response times have declined this past year to the point that I am definitely moving my business. There is something seriously wrong with this firm. They waited until the absolute last minute to file my taxes (two days before they were due!!!) despite getting the needed information from me months in advance and bi-​weekly follow up check ins from me. The answer was always «soon» which was a full on lie.
So stressful for clients and completely unnecessary. They used to be a pleasure to deal with and now they are just a nightmare. Taxes are not a joke and are way too important to put up with a firm that could care less about their clients.

I have been going to Kirk and Kamrin Knight for years and they are nothing but professional and do great work. I had very complicated stock issues which they went above and beyond to resolve. I’ve also gotten more refunds in recent years than ever before. Highly recommend this accounting firm.

They’ve done my taxes for two years. Made a mistake the first time causing me to overpay taxes but IRS caught it and sent me refund. In general impersonal and expensive. They did not seem willing to help with specific tax situations. I felt like they were always trying to push me aside and move on to the next client.
