Greg rebuilt a patio and driveway for my home and I could not be happier. His work was absolutely excellent — great attention to detail and his approach to building any particular structure was well thought out.

I very rarely give any business a 5-​star rating, but this was an easy decision. We hired Coldstream to remodel roughly ¹⁄₃ of our house. His workmanship was terrific, he was extremely flexible (I’m sure our change orders drove him crazy!), professional – everything you want from a contractor, but rarely get! My only hesitation is that one of his subcontractors didn’t perform well, but he promptly replaced him (even without our first complaining). I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Greg/​Coldstream again.

only is Greg a great person, he’s talented, professional, committed to his craft and his
attention to detail is incredible. He’s also very passionate about what he does, which
we really appreciated. It was obvious that he was really loving the project and wanted
to make sure he gave us a kitchen, bath and dining room that we would ALL be
proud of. We are thrilled with Greg’s workmanship and we absolutely appreciate and
love everything he did for us Patrick and Greg’s assistant, Jake were equally great. I would definitely recommend Coldstream Construction, if you are looking for a top-​notch company to assist you with your home construction project.

I had the pleasure of working with Coldstream for a major remodel. My project was completed without any isssues and on time. I highly recommend this company. The owners, Greg and Partick, are above all ethical, honest, have excellent follow through and communication (easy to talk to, listen to your concerns). Greg responded to every call or email; in fact many times he called me first. Their quality of work is unsurpassed; attention to detail and quality were what I wanted and received. They did many small things I would not have thought of; they offered advice which I took and again my remodel shows the quality. I left my house every day with no worries. No messes to clean up. Their subconstractors have the same qualities. They were sensitive to specific needs I had. Given other responsibilities I have, I never could have completed my remodel without this team. I had interviewed several contractors, many never followed through after a first meeting. I did a previous smaller house update; problems occrued with this other contractor work; I realize now I was «bullied.» What a very different experience. They made my dream come true.
