History

Established in 1992.

Catherine has been practicing Tai Ji Ch’uan and Qigong since 1985. Began treating acupuncture

patients in conjunction with the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic in SF. Pain, addiction, mental emotional disorders. 1996 Opened «Real Health» in Los Altos focusing on Women’s Health, Sports Injuries. Stanford University requested Catherine to be part of several studies: Acupuncture for Depression in Pregnant Women, Acupuncture for Post-​Menopausal Hot Flashes, Acupuncture for Insomnia in Breast Cancer Survivors. She also works with Zouves and PAMF Fertility Clinics and the Integrative Oncology Network.

Catherine has been recognized as a «Laoshi» (Qigong Master) by Emei Qigong Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong. She teaches Emei Chan (Zen) workshops and seminars and offers free monthly Group Wujigong Practices.

Catherine has over 21 years of experience in Acupuncture, Herbal medicine, and Qigong. From Acute to Chronic health issues, catching a cold, fertility enhancement, asthma, allergies, pain and injury, to offset side effects of Cancer.

She is a recognized «Laoshi” — Qigong Master, and teaches seminars on the knowledge and practice, based on 800 years of energy Science, by cultivating a compassionate Heart through action and thinking, Physical Exercises and movements, help create clarity and understanding of the Universe so that we can attain gradual or sudden Enlightenment
