I have had my home, auto & liability insurance with Brian Ruiz for the past several years. Originally I was quite pleased with both the low premiums and customer service. I had my second negative experience with Brian Ruiz last evening. I originally called Brian about a $ 4.00 installment charge and even made it a point that because of the small amount it was not a big deal. Upon a follow-​up call from Brian last night, I found him to be very confrontational and rude! Brian has my policies with Safeco and upon my attempt to lodge a complaint this morning, I was not able to speak with a live person and was forced to leave an email complaint. I am currently seeking referrals from friends and clients for another insurance agent. I am a real estate agent and know how important reputation and customer service is to the survival in today’s business climate and am shocked by Brian’s attitude and poor customer service!
