History

Established in 2004.

When Cheryl was quoted $ 300 a sq. ft. to add onto her home, she took a sabatical from running the West Coast offices of a National Architectural Firm and started her own firm. Cheryl acted as Owner-​Builder and General Contractor and did the project for $ 175 a sq. ft. She so enjoyed the process that she never went back to the big firm.

Cheryl knows first hand that no one lives in a set of drawings and she extends that philosophy into every project she does.
