We specialize in getting your results. We cover everything fitness from diet and nutritional coaching, a variety of group fitness classes, and customized results. This is our 2nd location for Beach Fitness focusing on CrossFit. We offer our tradition set of fitness programming including but not limited to CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning programming, REP-X (our endurance circuit training class), BeachFit Moms (our exclusive moms class focusing on family health and fitness while being able to bring your kids), and customized personal training. You want results, this is where you should be. We have a full staff of degreed personal trainers and fitness coaches. This is our cream of the crop. History
Established in 2013.
This is a branch of our flagship location, Beach Fitness/CrossFit Seal Beach, located on Main Street Seal Beach. Beach Fitness opened its doors in 2006 with the mind frame of creating a high end fitness facility that integrates all aspects of health and fitness to create healthy lifestyles for everyone.

Business Owner
In 2006, I opened Beach Fitness with Barbara Bartee. Since, I have studied the industry and worked with hundreds of clients to establish a program that will benefit everyone, Beach Balance.
I am a certified Exercise Coach, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Golf Biomechanics Specialist and a Practitioner from the CHEK Institute. I also hold a CrossFit Level 1 certification and a USA Weightlifting Performance Coach certification to incorporate a higher level of fitness at Beach Fitness. I am a perpetual student of life and fitness and continue to learn from the CHEK Institute while exploring other philosophies and practices in the health and fitness industry.
I have excelled in training various levels of clients and athletes helping them improve function, strength, conditioning, and performance. I facilitate all fitness assessments, manage the diet/nutrition program, and corrective/therapy programs at Beach Fitness. My goals are to teach, motivate, and work with clients to surpass their goals
