We come here about once a month. Never had problem. I have a family of 5. They all want their own ice cream. My wife ordered my young son his ice cream. While the guy started on my sons ice cream, another guy come up and asked if he can help. I stated to place my other sons order and he rudely interrupted me and said” wait… Are you guys together”? To witch I replied yes. He then said «who’s the next party?» Very rude. He just wouldn’t take my order. He proceeded to take other orders. The guy that my wife had helping her must have been new… It took him 24 minutes to complete all of our orders. You’d think this guy would get some help… But no. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. At least not with a big party.

Fast, Friendly and yummy. We all know what ice cream is. We all like ice cream. Not much more one can say.
For about $ 5 and some change to around $ 8 you can create your own custom flavor. Start with a base, then pick your add ons. If you join the email club you get a coupon BOGO. Super good deal. To seal the deal add a waffle bowl for a $ 1.00 more.
Service is super friendly. The ice cream girl had a permanent smile planted on her face. More than willing to fill us up with samples and offer suggestions. Took home a coffee lovers and a mudpie with toffee instead of oreos. Both flavors were fantastic.

Great customer service. I got the birthday cake with that cookie dough mix in. The smallest choice is almost $ 5. Kinda expensive.

Love the ice cream here! There is just one thing wrong with one of your employees whose name is Claire. I have never had such an unpleasant attitude. She did not help her other co worker who was doing a fantastic job but Claire just stayed in the back room most of the time and went straight back when she was done with her few customers and left the other worker to do all of our orders from our party of people who came in. Please improve this problem because she just gave off some bad vibes.

Reese and Sydney are the best!!! Love this Cold Stone in Los Alamitos and these two employees are a big reason

Ice cream was really good, Reece was hilarious and very good at his job. Knew about everything and was passing it down to the girl he was training. Would visit again

What sets this Cold Stone apart from the others is that it usually carries dark chocolate as well as regular chocolate. Oh and it’s located in an odd spot (next to a gym and tanning salon) and is usually not busy. BTW, the Italian restaurant next door is slammin.

Had a great experience at cold stones! A young man named Reece was phenomenal and helped me through the process! I’m from Nebraska and I am definitely recommending this place! He helped me blend so many flavored in one cup!

Great service but be aware they do not have a scanner for your groupon so I had to pay with my credit card and it sucked.

The service is great here! My friend and I come every week and they already know our orders. Reese, Leslie, and Caitlin are all very friendly and speedy.

Just your typical friday night right? Thats what i thought too. A crummy week at work but i thought a trip to my local Cold Stone would make it all better. Boy oh boy was i wrong. A rotten cherry on top. I walked in to an empty store that was in shambles. Completely dirty. Im a regular so i knew that the store had been recently acquired and was under new management. It was a night and day difference. The employees were noticeably less enthused and the vanilla tasted all wrong. How do you mess up vanilla? The toppings had all gone stale. Sad to say i wont be coming back, but well deserved.

Stopped by for some ice cream on a hot summer day. The new owners are nice, friendly, and accommodating. I don’t like pure chocolate, but I love mint ice cream, so the owner made me a custom mint oreo and brownie ice cream! Also, at the end of the snack, the owner came out and thanked us for coming and see how everything was. Good customer service, will be back!

I was craving this for about 3 weeks and I finally stopped by to get something. The girl working was super nice and friendly and was really great with the customers! It’s pricey, but totally worth it when you’re craving ice cream. The smallest size, like it, is enough for me and costs nearly $ 5. Worth it!

This ice cream location is my go to spot, it is located in the Los Al race track shopping plaza where 24 Hours is at, next to Rockstar Tan! Workers are great– they greet you when you come in no matter how busy they might be, which they can get busy during summer nights. Great place to get your ice cream fix

Always happy to find a Coldstone Creamery when on west coast and this one was within walking distance of my hotel — JACKPOT!
The service was amazing! Garrick was fast, friendly and his mixes are better than the rest. If you have the fortune of talking to him, you are going to have a great experience.
I had a Peanut Butter Cup Perfection with dark chocolate ice cream and Butterfinger extra mix — TRUE PERFECTION! It was the best, most delicious mix I have eaten! Ice cream — wise, that is. ;p

SO I just came in for lunch and I have to say the young lady that helped me was super nice, and made really helpful suggestions. I ordered the founders favorite with a french vanilla scoop and sea salt caramel drizzled all over the top of that bad boy inside of a waffle bowl and (POOF!) 8 $ worth of ice cream DREAMS.
I am very happy with my experience here all around. You get a 5 star today!

The product is as good as ever, that never changes. It is pretty easy to make Cold Stone Ice Cream taste good so you don’t have to worry about it tasting bad. They still mix it right in front of you on a marble slab and have to die for cake batter ice cream

The sweet cream is equivalent to eating a stick of butter! Just less frowned upon.
Can never go wrong at Cold Stone though, except with a worker that lacks personality.

This review is solely for the signature Coffee House Crunch ice cream cake– it’s that good. Perfect combination of chocolate and coffee without being overly sweet, love! Perfectly serves 6 – 8 people and I can’t wait for the next occasion that calls for cake so I can get it again! 100% worth the price and worth the mission to find which location has it in stock. Do it!

The Cold Stone…
Unless you’re allergic to dairy I think everyone has had ice cream before. This location is nice because it is tucked away off the street so I think people pass it up unless you live in the area.
During the summer it can be SUPER PACKED with the line out the door but I like ice cream when its cold and or rainy outside so I almost NEVER have to stand in a line! The service is good and the young people they hire ALWAYS do A GREAT JOB!
If you NEVER had this ice cream you can get a taste of some of the flavors they have. The flavors also change with the season so they might so a Egg Nog flavor or Gingerbread flavor for Christmas or Fall maybe pumpkin or something yummy to get your fix. But they also have normal flavors as well which you can get anytime!
I am NOT a super ADVENTUROUS person when it comes to mixing in a bunch of things so I usually go for just the nuts! BUT HERE you can lose your mind and GO CRAZY! Whatever you can think up to put in your ice cream they will hook you up! They stir and mix in everything you want and put it in a cup and your skipping walking out! You can even get a waffle bowl or cone with chocolate and nuts! I KNOW, CRAZY GOOD RIGHT?
If you tip them they start to sing! SUPER CUTE and a little shocking at first if you have never been there before! They also sale ice cream cakes and ice cream cup cakes for parties or special occasions and even sandwich cookies which we all know are yummy!
