CFC is the absolute BEST BOOTCAMP around!!! Is it a challenge? Definitely yes. Can you do it? Definitely yes because they modify exercises to YOUR fitness level. I’m older and have physical disabilities and can do it, so trust me… you can! :) Yousof is the trainer at the Lorton and Alexandria sites and he’s beyond wonderful! He’s fun, kind-​hearted and truly wants to see you succeed. He is supportive and not bossy. He pushes you through gentle persuasion and motivation and not by barking or yelling. Class is filled with hard work, fun exercises that change all the time (no boredom at CFC:), support from the participants and laughter. You leave feeling energized and that you truly WORKED OUT! It helps you to be successful with the other important part of fitness … your diet. Once you put this time into it, you aren’t as hungry for processed icky food and want to better care for the body you just worked out. CFC’s incredible workouts, variety of exercises, cadence counting, support and expertise of the trainer makes them #1 in my book. What do you have to lose? Oh yeah… Weight, High Cholesterol numbers, Your Fat Clothes, etc. haha :) They are the best and you will LOVE CFC!!! 100 STARS :)
